Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get Organized! To make an offer on a home you will need a pre-approval from a lender, a bank or financial statement to document your savings and have a consultation with a professional Realtor to make your search an efficient process.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Don't rely on public websites like Zillow for valuations on your home. They can be highly inaccurate and don't take into consideration the unique features and condition of your home.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Seniors, first time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers moving out of state, investors. I work with all types of needs and have closed sales in 5 southern California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

It's not the norm or necessarily my preference but I sold a home and represented both the seller and the buyer. It was an honor to sell the home of the family matriarch and respect the 40 years she called the house home. It was also an honor to help a young couple, who both serve in the medical profession, to buy their first home and in the first two years they started a family!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

After 25 years in the aerospace/defense industry I wanted to be home to raise my child but still wanted a profession. I kind of stumbled into Real Estate and found my background in financial analysis and project management were the perfect skill set for Real Estate.

BA in Economics and a minor in Accounting. MBA in Finance. Over 40 years of business experience. Southern California native so I know the area!
