ZillowVERIFIEDWe were in another state trying to sell this condo. She was most helpful in organizing and directing us. She knew the area, the unit and had access to individuals who were looking for what we had to offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Sometimes you are lucky enough to find someone who not only wants your business, but wants to genuinely help with your situation. Barb, kept on on track during the down times, knew what documents were needed, was very knowledgeable about the process and did her job to get us out of the house.Met her team and even some of her family to help us with pictures, and suggestions and a ton of other information that was invaluable to us.Would not have chosen anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Barb was amazing! As inexperienced new home buyers she helped us figure out what our priorities were and, being technologically savvy, she worked with us to create a search that fit our needs perfectly making the rather overwhelming options quiet manageable. She drew our attention to relevant features (both positive and negative) of every property to help us make an informed decision. She's super nice, has flexible availability, and made the entire process enjoyable with a spectacular end result.

ZillowVERIFIED Barbara is well versed in her knowledge of the market in all the neighborhood suburbs near our home. She uses spreadsheets listing all the neighboring suburbs by columns then compares our amenities to others in the area to determine the sale value. She compares apples to apples. Her work habits made the sale of our condo faster. And less stressful for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Barb is very responsive and always makes herself available either in person, internet or phone. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the Northwest communities. She knows the market and was very helpful in pricing my home which sold in approximately 4 days. Barb made herself quickly available when looking to buy a home also. We saw quite a few homes before a decision was finally made. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the properties we visited. I would recommend Barbara Hibnick rather your are a seller or buyer. She was wonderful in both roles for me.

ZillowVERIFIED I had worked with Barb previously when I sold my house and that experience was fantastic, so when we decided to purchase again she was the only person I would have utilized. Her ability to listen to our needs and really drill down to what it was we repaired were outstanding. She sent us updated information not only via email but also by telephone! It's rare to find someone who has a great knowledge an " Passion" for what she does!I highly recommend Barb! She did an outstanding job for us!
