ZillowVERIFIEDBarbara was our realtor 2 yrs ago when we bought our home. Highly recommend her, every realtor we encountered didnt want to work with us unless we were willing to purchase at our full approval rate but not her. Barbara took into consideration our concerns and our list of wants and made it happen!
ZillowVERIFIEDBarb is excellent at what she does. She was very available to us and made this whole process which can be stressful, as smooth as possible. She treats every client with priority and respect. We highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarb is very patient and responsive to any inquiries we have had. We are out of state buyers and she worked with our schedule to see as much as we wanted when we came to town. What especially impressed me is that she will always be honest ... rather than just try to make a quick sale that her clients may regret later. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would definitely work with her again. And we did find the perfect home !
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Barb Gall. Barb is both professional and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. This was our first time buying a home and Barb has made the experience very pleasant. It is wonderful having someone on your team that will take the time to show you homes and help negotiate a price you are comfortable with. We are now in the process of buying a foreclosure and hope to close in October.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarb has stuck with me for months while I searched for a new home. I dragged her all over Lockport and Joliet and she was nothing but patient, honest, and helpful the entire time through all the homes we saw over those months until I finally found the one.I've never had trouble getting a hold of her, never felt pressured to look for something out of my price range or bid high. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for homes in her stomping grounds.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarb helped my daughter buy her first home and then 4 years later, sell that home and upgrade to another. She was always willing to set up any home visits at the last minute and was helpful with all the paperwork and negotiations. She assisted me in purchasing a new home a few years later, helped me find a contractor to do some renovations and also assisted me in renting out my old home.I have found Barb to be very knowledgeable about this area; a great resource for any real estate related question and available almost 24/7. She will not hesitate to pick up your phone call if you need her no matter the time.
ZillowVERIFIEDBarb is a great realtor!! She answered all out questions we had and was knowledgable and if she didn't know she found out and got back to us right away. We thank her vary much for finding us the perfect home and we will be sending our friends and family to her if they need help with selling or buying a home.
