ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Bambi Famous Kaine to sell our small cottage on Lake Toxaway. This was a unique property aEUR" beautifully renovated, but only 1800 square feet and situated on a small cove with limited boat access. So the property had great appeal but only to a small segment of the buying market. In addition, there are so few transaction on the lake itself that nailing down comps and the right price was a challenge. From the beginning, Bambi was professional, buttoned up, responsive and very knowledgeable about the buying process and the overall market. Silver Creek did an amazing job positioning and marketing our lake home. We found the right buyer and closed at a fair price; a process that would not have happened without Bambis expertise. I asked several firms to give me one, and Bambis presentation was far and above the others I received in detail, length, backup information, etc. I was so impressed with her analysis, that when I had decided to sell the property a few years later, I had no question which realtor to turn to for my listing. My decision to list with Bambi was one of the best I have ever made. I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime, and Bambi is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Her high level of attention to detail, knowledge of the market and good work ethic all contribute to her success in the current market environment. She also has a stable of trades and crafts to call on when needed when last minute issues need to be corrected/fixed. On my own presale inspection (recommended by Bambi) a serious issue was found, and within 3 days there was a team of trades/workmen with a plan to have the issue resolved and completed before the scheduled closing. In addition, Bambi is easy to work with, quickly addresses any issue that crops up during the entire sales process, and makes you feel as if it is nothing when in fact it might be a lot of trouble or complicated. Bambi engineered a marketing plan that created multiple offers over list price with several qualified buyers within the first weekend on the market. You will feel like you have gained a family member. She and the Silver Creek team are outstanding.
