We recently worked with Bambi Famous Kaine to sell our small cottage on Lake Toxaway. This was a unique property aEUR" beautifully renovated, but only 1800 square feet and situated on a small cove with limited boat access. So the property had great appeal but only to a small segment of the buying market.
