She kept everything moving forward with all parties (including myself), and was quick to respond to -- and even challenge, when necessary -- the occasional issue brought forth by my mortgage lender. She also connected me with other quality professionals, like a real estate attorney and an inspector. During the inspection process, we had a situation with a weirdly-placed septic tank, and a slightly obstinate home owner who was not helping us. Aysa actually came to the property to look for the septic cap herself (there was shoveling involved!), and we unearthed it. She saved me the time and cost of having the septic company come out multiple times! I felt like I had a champion fighting for me and handling every step of this home purchase. Thank you, Aysa! I had been looking to buy in the Catskills for some time and I'd met a host of pretty poor Brokers. Then I met Aysa! A breath of fresh air and someone who went out of her way, several times, to help me find the house I wanted to get. Knew all the local areas (has lived up here for many years) and very familiar with the ins and outs of buying a home in the mountains. Was always available and definitely went above and beyond to help me close on a house that had a few issues (the sellers not Aysa!) Highly recommend, will use again when I either sell this or look to buy another spot!
