The A Team are incredible realtors! I had a great experience working with Al throughout the sale of my house. Al was instrumental in making our dreams a reality. He helped us sell our first home and then several months later but our new home. He was extremely patient in answering all of our questions with knowledgeable and thorough answers. He always had his eye out for us, negotiating credits and prices that we didn't expect to get. He presented options at every step of the way so that we were able to make the choices that would keep our priorities in the forefront. He was friendly and kind. The word that comes to mind when I think of our experience with Al is aEURoetrustaEUR?. My fiancA(C) and I bought our first house a few months ago during the huge rush before the interest rates started climbing, and Al was there for us as an honest guide every step of the way. He respected our time, always going above and beyond to evaluate whether a home might be right for us or not before we ever scheduled a showing, and showed the utmost concern about helping us figure out our priorities and flexibilities in the process. When it came time to go through the escrow process, Al was punctual, responsive, clear, and reassuring, which was invaluable to us as first time house buyers. He has even followed up with us a few times after we moved in to make sure we love where we live. Al is an agent who genuinely cares about his clients. I would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend him to my closest friends, family, and strangers, and we will certainly call him again when we are ready for our next home.

We met with Al Agena at my mom's house which she was selling. That night, I knew we had found the right man for the job. He is very straightforward, honest, and passionate. He said he isn't selling "a home" but he will help us sell "our home." He really emphasized that it was a pleasure to help us sell our home. That really was a special feeling for all of us.He didn't tell us what we would do. He prepared options for us to review, discussed each, and offered opinions, but it was always our choice. What an amazing experience! No matter how many questions I asked, he was extremely patient with me and helped me understand the process.During the initial walk-through, he seemed genuinely interested in every single detail and he mentioned the improvements he saw. He told us how some of the other homes have been remodeled and how moms compared. He never made a claim he couldn't back up. Not one.We sat down to review. He told us the strategies, the pros, and the cons of how this whole process works. Amazing! It just keeps getting better.We listed at $599,000 and sold for $762,000! I know this isn't a typical example. Mom and dad really put a lot into their place. They had some really good designs that made the place worth so much more. Al's staging and prepping really paid off! Without going into detail, let me just say, he worked hard!Finally, the personal touches. I needed to find out if the water heater was electric or gas. He ran over and checked for me. When I needed something removed from the home, he went over to check and make sure everything was okay. When I needed the last piece of office furniture removed, he found a family to come and take it away.There is so much more to say, but I think you can get the point here. I highly recommend Al Agena to help you sell your home. What a great experience! We consider him family, Ohana!

Eleven years ago I was so blessed to find Al Agena at Keller Williams. It was my first home purchase and Al walked me through the whole process with his calm and assuring voice. Eleven years later I wanted to sell my first condo and went back to Al because I trust him. This process has been an amazing experience. I wanted this to be a stress free experience, and with Als help it was. We were referred indirectly to the "A Team" Larry, Wanda, Al Agena & Chris Vlahos by my cousin who had a friend that employed their help in selling a house in the South Bay for one's father. After meeting the "A Team" we felt confident that they would be able to sell my mother-in-law's house. We had no experience in selling a home before but they guided us through the process and gave us suggestions on how they would market the home to get the greatest exposure and most offers. They utilized vivid pictures and videos to showcase and gave us suggestions on how to improve the saleability of the home. They also had many relationships with tradesmen that were able to make improvements to the home at reasonable cost. We were able to parlay our modest additional investment into more funds to help my mother-in-law pay for her expenses during her remaining years. I was having trouble selling a house in Arizona while living in Gardena. Larry Agena found a real estate professional in Lake Havasu City, AZ, a city with a multitude of agents. Larry and his family team did a terrific job on listing and selling my home in a timely manner for our move to Florida. We had plans to be in Florida in 2 months, so it was urgent that we list and sell our home within 60 days; and the Agena Team did it in a timely manner. It was stressful, however the Agena's made it as smooth a transaction as was possible. We got everything to work out as we had wished for. we're grateful to the Agena Family Team to make it happen.
