ZillowI would highly recommend Axel to sell your home. He has gone far and beyond to get my house sold. Him and his team were great to work with. I enjoyed them very much. My house fell out of escrow the first time because of appraisal issues, Axel reassured me that we could get another buyer and within a couple of days we had another buyer! I really appreciate all he has done for us.
ZillowAxel is a rock star real estate agent. My husband and I were thrilled with the way Axel handled the sale of your home in Rancho Mirage. The 72 Sold system is amazing and it WORKS!!! We had one weekend home showing and had 4 strong offers my Monday morning. Two of the offers were for over $30,000 over our asking price and were all-cash offers. Axel worked with us very closely from start to finish. His professional, local knowledge process expertise, negotiation skills are awesome. He followed up promptly and made sure the buyer and her agent were doing everything to ensure we had a smooth closing. I would recommend Axel and the 72 Sold system to all my friends and many. The system works, your house will sell quickly and at top dollar. This system is so much better than the old traditional way of selling a house by putting it on the market for weeks or months, having a bunch of open houses with lookie lous. Axel brought us qualified buyers and the house sold in 72 hours.
ZillowHe understood our needs an delivered 100 percent.Did due diligence on all required steps. We highly recommend Axel to help through your next real estate transaction.

ZillowAxel was wonderful in helping use find an investment property. He was able to get all the documents to us in a timely manner and was professional throughout the entire process. We definitely use him again.
ZillowAxel and his team treated our real estate transaction with priority and professionalism. They were there to explain the process and address any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely use their services in our next transaction. Thank you all!
ZillowVery helpful. Always returned calls in a timely matter. I have a special needs child and he was very patient with her. He was very friendly in such a difficult situation to sell my home. During the process the buyers wanted to see the permits for the improvements done to the home. Left package outside and he came to pick them up after 10:00 P.M. in order to provide the service. Another time due to my child needs came to the home at 8 P.M. to sign papers and were interrupted several times.
