ZillowVERIFIEDAvia was our buyer?s agent and she blew us away. She is genuine and loves what she does which translated into an exceptional experience for us. Once she understood our needs she built a focused search strategy and shielded us from chasing shinny objects. Her knowledge of Bergen county and specially Closter, Cresskill, Demarest, Tenafly and Alpine was impressive and quickly helped us pick the best town. Our deal was complex and full of surprises. Avia took ownership, simplified the process, untangled the steps, stayed on top of the seller?s team and kept us calm with our eyes on the ball. Her response time was roughly under 5 seconds. I was astonished at her availability, she made us feel truly special. She is a master at negotiating and keeping emotions out of a deal. She knew how to price out the property and confidently trim away the fat from the asking price without turning the seller off. Knew how to handle every counter and thought outside of the box to structure a creative deal. We could not have done this without her and are proud to have made such a great friend in the process.
