We had a very high end rental which she quickly got on the market for us, found a tenant, and helped both the tenant and ourselves close the deal quickly. The tenant had another agent, and Avery worked with the agent to allow her to directly communicate with the tenant so all parties could actively take action to get the tenant in by Thanksgiving!
