Was a great experience working with Ava. In addition to her being prompt, and enthusiastic setting up & leading the tours, she not only presented properties she thought may be a good fit but was also receptive to ones I was interested in seeing. Ava helped balanced a fast and comfortable pace to closing, and did a lot of behind the scenes with work/networking/scheduling to help keep the process smooth (from appointment to closing and everything in between). Her insight to my questions were wonderful, and she offered crucial guidance & prompts (like scheduling to switch over utilities in advance of the closing date). In addition to her expertise, it was great having an agent as excited as I was seeing potential places prior to buying.
