I especially like working with first time buyers and work very hard to educate on the home buying process. When working with Sellers: My goal when working with a seller is to be sure I do the best job possible in marketing your property. Anyone can take your listing and place it on MLS , but I believe there's more to selling a home than posting the listing on the Multiple Listing Service.
