ReviewWow! I have never seen a team more dedicated to getting me the highest price for my house! They recommended a price and they immediately found a buyer. Additionally, they convinced the buyer to pay for repairs to get their mortgage application approved. No cost to me. They told me to sit back and relax; they would do all the work and they did. I am 100% pleased and recommend this team without reservation.

Review Autumn knew our market well, and we followed her advice in pricing our house. It sold in one day for over the asking price, so it wasnt priced too low or too high. It was a pleasure working with someone who had a wealth of experience.

Review Autumn was awesome! Knows the area very well. Knows the system the best. I would only recommend autumn. She is also a great person. She knows what it takes to get a house staged properly. You can rest at ease once you sign with her knowing that she has everything under control. This was my second time using autumn and just like before the house was staged and sold quickly. Thank you autumn.

Review Autumn Starr and her team not only possess superior knowledge, skills and dedication to get results, they also possessed an intangible ingredient to make you feel like family during the entire process of representing us during the sale of our home. On more than one occasion , Autumn personally made a trip to our residence during our absence to resolve issues discovered during other realtor visits. You will be very satisfied to have the entire team represent you throughout the selling/ buying process.

Review Autumn recently listed and SOLD an estate property in the Village of Liverpool for me. The house was an older home with a walk in tub therefore I didn't know how well it would be viewed. Autumn took wonderful pictures inside and outside to showcase the house. She and Martha (in the office) stayed in very close contact with me. I had a written offer after many showing within a few days, that was above my listing price. And no, I don't think the listing price was too low. I would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a house. I so very pleased with Autumn and the whole process.Marilyn KRochester, NY

Review Autumn and her team far exceeded our expectations. From day one they were always a phone call, text or email away. Business hours dont apply here. Any day or night we always got a quick response. There was never a moment where we didnt understand the process or felt like we were overwhelmed. They explained everything thoroughly and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything. They are very personable and professional. We highly recommend them!!

Review Autumn and her associates are very dedicated real estate professionals. From laying out the groundwork so carefully and thoroughly to immediately being on top of the small glitches that arose, Autumn's expertise and enthusiasm paved the way to a successful deal. We had a purchase offer in 3 days and closed in about 7 weeks. Autumn's extensive experience, paired with her passion for helping people, made the entire process incredibly smooth and user-friendly. I highly recommend the Autumn Starr & Anna Phillips Team!

Review Autumn is a very poor communicator. She understands the real estate market, but her solution is to just "lower your price". In the four months following our contract, she had essentially no contact with us, and never even wished us well as we were closing on our house and leaving the area.

Review Autumn and her team worked tirelessly to market and sell our home. They were willing to have an open house every weekend, came to the house multiple times to take updated pictures, and were there to answer every question we had. The team has vast knowledge of the local market and utilizes modern marketing strategies to get your house viewed. They also have a large network of contacts should you need a referral to a contractor, attorney, etc. Their years of experience and relationships with other agents helps in getting great feedback on your listing. With Autum's guidance, we were able to quickly settle on an asking price which generated a lot of intetest, and foot traffic. We had 4 offers within 4-5 weeks of going on the market, and ended up selling for over list price! The Team was also very supportive throughout the contract process. They made it very quick and easy. I strongly recommend the Starr-Phillips Team if you are selling your home.

She kept us informed through the whole process and was always available if we had questions. She sold our home in less than a month for the price we wanted and found us our dream house. She is very professional and knows this business inside out. Very pleased.

Review I had the pleasure of working with Anna Phillips from the Starr Team of Hunt Real Estate and I must say that I could not have been happier with the service provided. I was already actively looking for a house on my own for many months before I came in contact with Anna. Once she was on board, the entire searching/purchasing process became a complete breeze. Her expertise and wealth of knowledge in the industry proved to make the process that much easier & enjoyable. Anna was always very responsive and really understood what I was looking for, she even helped me to receive a better interest rate on my mortgage! As everyone knows, purchasing a home can be a very stressful process, but Anna was able to relieve a lot of the stress by providing much insight and knowledge into any questions or concerns I may have had. I would highly recommend the Starr Team to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home, but more specifically I would suggest working with Anna Phillips due to her dedication and willingness to assist her clients in any way possible!!

Review Autumn Starr and her team did an excellent job in the marketing and sale of our home. The house sold in less than half the time of a typical listing in our area. Autumn uses both traditional and "new age" methods of marketing that proved to be very effective. She and her team also proved to be very efficient in handling open houses, individual showings, purchase offers and the closing. We recommend her highly.

Review I wanted to take this time to thank the team for helping me through the selling of my home and the buying of my new home. I don't have to tell you how difficult the process can be. They were there for me every step of the way, talking me off ledges at times and keeping things in proper prospective. They tolerated my melt downs, answered my questions, and were very professional and reliable. I would call on them again without a second thought if I ever want to go through the moving process again. I have already recommended them to others.

Review I used the Starr Nicholas team for both the selling of my current home and the purchase of a new home. Autumn was courteous, professional, and helpful every step of the way, Prior to listing, she offered helpful (affordable) suggestions to make our home more marketable. Throughout the duration of our listing, she was in regular contact with us providing feedback after every showing. She connected us with a number of different professionals, facilitating every part of the sale process. Jean was an absolute joy to work with as our buyer's agent. She was flexible and accommodating to our busy schedules. She never seemed to mind when we asked to see a few different homes a number of different times before feeling comfortable selecting "the one" to write an offer on. I truly enjoyed each and every contact I had with her! I would highly recommend this amazing team for all of your real estate needs!

Review I have used Autumn/Jean for 3 transactions--2 selling, 1 buying. Autumn is a dynamo. Here's why: 1. She overcomes obstacles for the seller--ie, helping you find painters, etc. There is no problem too big for her. She helps you through every step. 2 She knows the CNY market and is savvy about how to price and market your house. 3 You can trust her to do her very best to make an offer that's on the table work for both parties. 4 She keeps clients continually updated. Jean is a joy to work with. She is flexible, easy-going and really listens. She won't show you properties that don't fit your needs and is hot on the trail for newly listed properties. She negotiates fairly and is accomodating.
