Autumn is very easy to work with and helped us out so much especially since we were out of town most of the time. She coordinated contractors to update the house, etc before marketing. She did such a great job I asked her to sell my mothers house too. We had a deal before the house was officially listed! I would highly recommend Autumn.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't fully express how incredible Liz & Autumn were throughout our House buying process! Liz is an absolute rockstar! We found a "dream home" we wanted, but weren't at all prepared to buy a house. I quickly talked to Liz on a Tuesday, by Saturday she had us pre-approved, she met with us at our home on Sunday to walk through the house & guide us through the process, helped to negotiate offer terms on Monday, with an offer acceptance on Tuesday. She was in regular contact with the buyers agent so that all parties could agree to an offer before going to market. Liz's reminders & follow up throughout the buying process made a typically stressful experience, very smooth. She contacted us regularly and timely with reminders and words of encouragement when we started to feel overwhelmed. She was ahead of the game with each step along the way. And now that we have closed, she has personally checked in a few times to make sure we are settled (her welcome note was the first piece of mail delivered with our name & new house address!). Liz knew the exact balance of communication with us, the seller's agent, the inspection vendors, lender, and attorney. We can tell that she is very respected in her field, not just by her customers but by fellow agents & vendors, lending agency, and attorneys office. Liz Brown is a true partner with her customers! From the moment we met her, we decided to go with her due to her honesty, personality and knowledge about the market as well as real estate in general. My wife and I had a bad taste in our mouth from a home we sold in 2011 that was on the market for 18 months. Due to that, we did not have the most optimistic attitude about putting our house on the market. Autumn changed that! We listed our home at just the right price, where we were able to take advantage of multiple offers and get more than we dreamed of getting out of our home (even though it was worth that much too us). She was always responsive and willing to help us, or ease any concerns we had, at all times. We also were able to purchase the home we wanted at the price we wanted with her help of course!
