We bought our rental cabin in the Pigeon Forge area with the help of Autumn. She went way above and beyond our expectations. We live out of state and she viewed and videoed several cabins, detailing all aspects of the properties. Autumn never pushed us into buying anything, and never complained about the countless emails, texts, phone calls, and hours driving us around viewing properties. She is very knowledgeable about the different resort areas and all aspects needed to buy a rental property. We are glad we chose her as our realtor and we will choose her again.

Autumn was very good in responding to inquiries and setting up visits to meet a out of town buyers schedule. We are new to the cabin rental business. Autumn did not just push properties but informed us on what to look for and gave great feedback in the properties. She even gave us honest reviews of properties when we could not be in the area.
