ZillowVERIFIED Autumn and David are top notch professionals! I am a real estate agent in another state and found them through their website. Their website is full of helpful information and I was so thankful for all of the information available to me. The process was long and tedious at times; but Autumn and David were so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They responded very quickly to phone calls, emails, and texts. They were very thorough with all the paperwork, which as a fellow agent, I really appreciated. I recently closed on my beautiful cabin and I am so excited and happy with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend Autumn and David and will use them again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED David & Autumn are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Sevier County real estate market. They assisted me in narrowing down my purchase choices prior to my visit, and were very patient and helpful on the day that we visited all the properties. They did everything they could to make the purchase process a painless and pleasant experience. Because I had such a pleasant buying experience when we purchased our rental cabin, it was a no-brainer to have them list it when we decided to sell it; and they did not disappoint, they did everything they could to facilitate the negotiations between us and the buyers so that everyone felt it was a win-win! Highly recommend!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we started looking for properties in Sevier County we had no idea there were so many properties in areas 'off the beaten path'. Autumn Hackney knows the area and knows real estate. After finding out what we were looking for, she contacted us with information about several properties and we viewed them via internet before driving to Tenn. When there, she took us to the properties and others that she thought might be of interest. Never did she make us feel pressured or uncomfortable about saying "no" to a property. We told her that we would know when it was the right property. She never questioned our decisions. Over and over she contacted us and we went to Tenn. to view the properties she had found. She did not get frustrated with us taking our time in looking. When viewing properties she looked carefully for any structural problems or things that would be a concern such as drainage, wells, shared driveways, etc., things that we would not have thought about. After finding the property she carried us through the sale. She was truly a buyers agent. She looked out for us from start to finish, even providing information on inspectors, insurance companies, title companies, etc. She provided the names and numbers for utility companies after the sale. Knowing that we were interested in renting our cabin, Autumn was able to tell us what people like in rental properties. She was also able to tell us before buying what certain companies required to be on their program. She was a wealth of knowledge and we truly appreciate her expertise and genuine concern for her clients. After working with agents in other states, we would say that Autumn Hackney is truly the best agent we have ever had and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Autumn Hackney to be a true professional and would definitely recomend her to help you find the "special real estate" you are looking for. She was always quick to respond to our questions. She was willing to look for property that we requested when another realtor told us there was none. She went the extra mile to do a good job of representing us, the buyer when closing the deal. She was always quick to find other professionals that could advise us on subjects that would come up that was not in her field. We were pleased to have found such a good realtor in Tennessee, that person being, Autumn Hackney of Prime Mountain Properties.
