Review We can't sing Austin's praises enough! He went above and beyond with both selling our home and buying our new one. Austin has extensive knowledge in both sides of real estate. This process can be very overwhelming. But with Austin, we felt he always had our backs. He was particularly good at all of the little details in each step of the way. For example, when we were selling our home, he knew the names of handymen that could help us with the refreshing and he was particularly good with staging our home to make it look its best! He stayed in good contact with us and whenever we had questions, he worked hard to get us answers. As an additional bonus, Austin has extensive knowledge and experience with building and remodeling homes. This was really important after we found our dream home to then make sure it was sound structurally and that all systems were functioning as they should. At the end of our experience, we felt like we had a bond and friendship with Austin because he's just that kind of a person. Review We had limited time for house hunting but Austin made the most of it for us. We actually visited 20 houses in one day -it was a marathon. Of course after all that he didn't even flinch when we felt that we would be compromising if we settled on a house from that day. We refocused our search area and narrowed our must haves and our house came up for sale two weeks later. The home owner was accepting another offer the same day we were looking at the house so with Austin help we wrote a strong offer and secured our home. From start to finish, Austin was very response and made sure we hit all the milestones for closing. I would definitely recommend him for your next home purchase.

When searching for homes, Austin was readily available to set up showings, responded quickly to messages and calls, and quite often got showings scheduled on short notice. Austin displayed great knowledge when it came to viewing houses and pointed out crucial aspects to look for when buying a house. I never felt pressured to make an offer on any of the houses we viewed, he asked my opinion and listened to what I liked and disliked about each property. Austin was even very upfront and told me when he thought a house was not right for me based on the negative aspects of the house (ex. foundation issues, previous flooding, etc.).
