I always felt that he was looking to find what was best for me long-term and I never felt pressured into closing a deal on any property. Austin took the time to explain the "why's" behind everything right up until closing. This included guiding myself through important things to be conscious of and look for when viewing properties, which made me feel more comfortable when it was time to submit an offer. Austin did a great job of sending me tailored properties and was always responsive when I would want to tour. Overall, it was an absolute joy to get to work with Austin from his positivity, knowledge, and availability. I cannot recommend him enough and hope to have the pleasure of working with him again in the future!

ZillowAustin was fantastic to work with we were able to get the house for asking price even though someone had bid higher. Austin told us that it was more important to have a confirmed loan for the seller. He was right we closed in 30 days. Other buyer needed to go FHA could not do in 30 days.
