I closed on my first house, all due to Austin! My house was on the market for a couple months with a different realtor and it went nowhere. When I took it off the market for a lack of movement, Austin called and chatted, essentially asking if I was still interested in selling it. I could tell he was driven and was going to make it happen. I decided to give it another go and I could not be more happy that I placed it in Austin?s hands. He listed it and sold it in under a month! Not only did he sell it so quickly, he got the asking price due to his negotiating! Negotiating and getting the best for you is his game! 10/10 would recommend Austin and his team, they won?t disappoint.
