ZillowVERIFIED Austin helped us close on our first home. We met him in a open house. He patiently heard our requirements and quickly offered to help. At that time, we just started our home search and had zero information. He scheduled some visits as soon as we requested him to represent us. He was very knowledgeable and explained A-Z of the home buying process. When we started searching, we had no idea what to look for in a house and just went with the face value. Austin explained all about what to look for in a house and whenever we went for a visit, he looked in and out of everything and was very honest in calling out the short comings. This helped us to make an informed decision. We were new to MA and his knowledge on local area was very helpful and that majorly influenced our buying process. He was very patient with us, and always optimistic whenever we were too exhausted with the process. There were times where the selling agents we came across spoke highly of Austin, which was pretty impressive. He is definitely top of the game. We changed the area and our specifications multiple times and he was always happy to look for properties of our preference. We finally got our offer accepted and thought that is end of it. But we were overwhelmed with home inspection, repair quotes, HOA , insurance, bank closing process etc and Austin made everything easier by quickly making necessary arrangements even amidst of this unusual situation. If it weren't for Austin, we don't think, the process would have run any smoother or would have bought a property anytime sooner. We are now happily moved into our first home and thank Austin from the bottom of my heart. We strongly recommend Austin as a buying/selling agent and we are content to recommend him to our friends and colleagues we know of who are in the property search.

Plus, we were under several tight deadlines. No matter what analysis we threw at him, he picked it up and built on our thinking. No matter how much data we requested, he sent it to us in a few hours or less. ZillowVERIFIED Some house sales are very straight forward, requiring very little extra work on the home owners' or realtor's part. Ours was not like that. We had a medium sized house on an extra small seaside lot, with property line problems, encroachments, etc. If it weren't for Austin's expertise and perseverance, we would not have been able to fulfill all of the requirements for closing. Through it all, Austin would say "don't worry, we'll figure it out", in a way that made us feel he meant it; he wasn't just saying it.
