ZillowVERIFIED Im not a person to leave review but Austin Norwoods customer service and knowledge of the local real estate market really stood out to me. I am not even really a fan of real estate agents. He was assisting me to buy a home through a builder and I ended up not moving to the area. He kept after the builder to get my deposit back! Ive never had that type of service with an agent. He also did not sugar coat what was happen in the local market. If it was a bad deal he would let me know. A real pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Austin totally surpassed my expectations and helped me close on exactly what I wanted (even though I didn?t know what that was at the beginning). Austin worked with me and on my behalf over the last 10 months, and I completely lucked out in finding him as a buyer?s agent. Originally Zillow put me in touch with him to see a house, which I really liked. After we spent some time looking at it he said, Let?s go have a beer and talk about it. He gave me 40 reasons why I didn?t want that house, and he was 100% right. The rapport was instant and automatic, and I could tell he wasn?t trying to sell me any ideas. Every step of the way, Austin earned my trust and confidence in his professionalism, and in his commitment to help me find the best deal. In the end, he helped me buy a lot and close on a new construction loan, which netted him just half the commission he?d have received if he would have let me buy any number of the houses I had been considering. He?d see all the cover ups and poor craftsmanship and warning signs, and patiently walk me through all of them, convincing me that a better option would be available soon. He was more patient than I was! Not only did Austin help secure the deal, he lobbied nonstop on my behalf until it closed. He got me a better rate on this, or knew someone who could do that for a better price. He made phone calls that had huge impacts on the way the transaction closed, all without my knowledge that any of it was even a possibility. Like I said, you won?t find a more committed and honest agent anywhere. This was not my first home buying experience, but by an immeasurable margin is was my best experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin is the perfect realtor for the Santa Rosa Beach / 30A area. We feel like weve now got a friend when we move down to the area. He went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic time and were well received with hospitality. We saw all the properties we needed on a tight time frame (1 day in town) while staying true to our budget and home preferences. He provided us insight into the neighborhoods, the builders and the market dynamics. We had plenty of expert of advice and yet plenty of space to make all our own decisions about what house to choose. When it came time to make an offer, he helped us successfully navigate a situation where another offer came in higher than ours but we were able to raise our offer and win the house, while still confirming that our big was within market levels that would easily appraise. Through the whole process he has been fast to respond and has connected us with lending, insurance and closing contacts to help us stay in good hands as he manages this process start to finish. I think you could count on him to be honest and provide serve with integrity - knowing he is working on your behalf as diligently as the situation requires
