My wife would ask a ton of questions when touring houses, many of which I wouldn't expect a real estate agent to have an answer to off the top of his head, but Austin kept surprising me with how knowledgeable he was. During the escrow process, I was getting overwhelmed with all the paperwork and scavenger hunt items that needed to be done. Austin did a great job of making that as easy as it could be. The inspector and photographer he recommended were great and he organized the whole thing. He took the time to walk me through all the steps needed to close escrow, what they're for and the general timelines, which really helped make the whole process feel less endless
