ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldnt have found the perfect home for us without Austins help! He made this process smooth and amazing for us. Going into this and not knowing much knowledge with being first time home buyers Austin was available night and day for all our questions and made the whole process so much easier and he listened to our needs for our home and helped us to find the perfect one for us! We each wanted to give a review because he doesnt deserve just 5 stars he deserves 10. Thank you Austin for making this possible

ZillowVERIFIED Very patient and responsive. I had a very short time line to find a home. Worked hard to make that happen and locate a house that worked. Knew the area very well and was able to make recommendations based on my needs and timeline. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market

ZillowVERIFIED Austin is everything you want a realtor to be--responsive, honest, detail oriented, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, personable, realistic. He paid close attention to the conversations we had about what we wanted in a home, and he worked to find just what we were looking for. We communicated via text, and he responded to any questions we had and followed up immediately. Every. Single. Time. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he was always on time. Best experience I've ever had with a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was my agent to purchase my home 4 years ago and I recently listed it for sale with him. During the purchase process Austin made sure everything went smoothly right up to the moment of signing. I am now under contract and do to close on the sale of my home and even though unforeseen issues arose, Austin handled them quickly and made sure everything was resolved to complete the sale. I have in the past and will continue to refer anyone looking for a great agent to purchase or sale a property to Austin.

ZillowVERIFIED Hello, I would like to highly recommend Austin for any of your Real estate needs whether buying or selling. I have done both with him and he will always be my go to anytime I am buying or selling down in the Warrensburg area! I had a property Austin sold for me and I would have not gotten what I wanted for it if it weren't for his negotiation skills! Austin also is very responsive whether it would be day or night he is always there to answer any questions you might have and very professional if I might say. So if you have precious property that you're either looking to purchase or thinking about selling I would highly recommend Austin Moore!

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was an incredible asset to have on our recent home sale. He is always quick to respond, professional, and provides excellent communication through the entire sale/purchase process. I'm not sure when Austin sleeps because we were able to reach him any day of the week no matter the time. It was super refreshing to have a trusted realtor on our side during this process. We will be using Austin for any future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was very insightful and helpful. My experience with him was my first time selling a home and he was on top of things the whole time, there was never any delay if I needed clarification or assistance on any matter. I was worried that Covid-19 would negatively impact our interactions but he was more than accommodating; We were able to do most, if not all, of our interactions over the phone or through video chat. All in all, if I didn't moving to California, I would hire Austin again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Austin was a great experience. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable - made the experience fairly easy considering this was a purchase made from out of state with very little knowledge of the area. The bridge between Zillow and our connection to Austin was quick and easy. Very pleased with the experience as a first time buyer. I recommend Austin Moore as your Real Estate Professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin is a fantastic realtor! Considering we never got to actually meet with him in person as we are stationed outside of the country, his communication, expertise and advice lead to a seamless sale of our home in Warrensburg. His availability was outstanding. He was on top of all negotiation points and details, and was so easy to work with. He answered all our questions promptly. Would highly recommend to any military families looking to buy or sell in the area. Thanks again, Austin!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have known Austin long before he became a realtor, so when we were ready to buy our first house it was an easy choice to go with him. Now, four years later, we are ready for the next chapter in life and didn't even consider using anyone besides Austin again! He truly goes above and beyond, he's prompt, and so knowledgeable. He was able to get our house under contract quickly and made the whole process a breeze. If we ever decide to sell, we know who we'll be calling!

ZillowVERIFIED Heres the deal, if you know what you want/need leave it to Austin he will not only find it but he will make sure you get a great price! Buying multiple times with him from in and out of town he constantly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth and even made a couple trips back to the properties to be the eyes on the ground (which is SUPER important for military members checking out homes). He is also great with technology, this is a plus in this crazy market because he gets things turned around very quickly which makes the difference in getting the edge on all of the other buyers. I cant say enough about his responsiveness and eager attitude to make sure his customers are taken care of. Thank you Austin for all of your hard work and I will 100% be recommending you!
