He worked with us across 2 1/2 years to help us find and purchase the perfect home for us in Key West. He patiently showed us numerous homes, both in-person when we were there, and over video phone when we werent. He helped us learn the ins and outs of making the right offer in a very tricky and competitive market , and with his assistance, we eventually bought the perfect home for us at a good-value price. He helped us structure a very creative offer, and the selling broker eventually confided in us that our offer was one of five, all acceptable to the seller, but that Austin had made ours stand out.
