ZillowHighly recommend Austin. I interviewed 25-30 realtors and Austin rose to the top and got my listing. Heres why: he was professional and confident but not entitled and overbearing. He took the time to LISTEN and prioritize what was important to me. He gave recommendations and accommodated my requests before and after I committed to being his client. He worked to market my (unique) home to the right buyers and held open houses with his team until it went under contract. Any agent can list a home but if you are looking for someone thats going to go the extra mile to find the right buyer, negotiate a purchase agreement, and carry the deal to the finish line Austin is the Realtor! He worked tirelessly with prospective buyers, inspectors, contractors, lenders and other realtors. He accommodated my specific requests with listing photos, videos, 3D tours, etc without fuss.
