ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Austin on several transactions buying and selling properties. With his knowledge of the market, professionalism, personality and negotiating skills he has always produced great results. We would not hesitate to use his services again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWas very willing to show us numerous properties and provide good information on living in Naples. He worked hard on the contract and was great in the negotiations. Everything went smooth to closing. I would recommend him to anybody looking in the Naples area.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have been working with Austin Kellam and John R. Wood for over 2 years. Over that time he has helped negotiate a few deal of which turned into the purchase of 2 homes. He was extremely diligent, patient, quick to respond and involved throughout the process. We are very happy with the service that Austin has provided, continue to work with him and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDAustin has a tremendous knowledge of the Naples real estate market. He has found us numerous deals under market value. We recommend Austin highly and we will continue to use him to expand our real estate portfolio in and around Naples
ZillowVERIFIEDSmart, honest, service standard bearer. I trust Austin. I would not make a real estate decision without his counsel. Refer others to him without reservation.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have contacted Austin Kellam, by a sheer chance, as one of the houses we were interested in, was listed under his name. We were immediately impressed by his timely responsiveness. Since we were inquiring about more than one property, we were reaching out to the other real estate agents - none of them came even close to Austin?s eagerness to get back to us with the requested information in a timely manner. That did not get lost on us when we were ready to settle on one agent to work with ? Austin was a natural choice. Months later, after many hours we spent looking into the properties around Naples, FL - with a helpful and professional hand from Austin and many emails from him with extra information we requested for an analisys and comparison - we are buying a condo. The property was foreclosed and with no prior experience with similar circumstances, we have been relying on Austin?s guidance and assistance. His self initiative has been extremely welcomed and we are very grateful for every piece of advice we has given us. Austin has helped us every step of the way ? whether that was finding a right bank or right electrician. His professional demeanor has been impeccable. His availability to answer our questions has been outstanding (to the point that we would ask him not to worry about some of it till the next morning). If you are looking for a dedicated agent who will address your needs, with no hidden agenda (such as convincing you to buy a more expensive house so that he makes more at the end), we heartwarmingly recommend Austin Kellam. It has been a real pleasure working with him.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a pleasure working with Austin Kellam who was very patient with us and showed us properties all over Naples. We were from Canada and didnt know where to look for our retirement home, whether at the beach, around the bay or in a golf course. Therefore we looked over 20 properties in 3 days from old Naples to Pelican Bay including Vineyards. We highly recommend Austin Kellam and William Kellam Group to all of our friends and relatives who are looking for a place in sunny Florida to spend during the northern winter months. With us closing a deal in Naples, Im sure Austin will be suitable agent for someone specially from outside of USA.
