ZillowVERIFIED Austin is a phenomenal realtor and was a pleasure to work with when it came time for us to find a home! He made the home-buying process a lot easier and helped us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He got back to every single one of our questions throughout this entire process no matter what time of day it was; he even answered our questions/concerns while he was on vacation! He was never pushy and always super friendly. He is genuine and wants what is best for the buyer/seller. We found a house we loved within a couple of weeks. Austin knows what he is doing and we would recommend him to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Austin for both buying and selling houses. He is extremely attentive and very quick to respond to any questions or requests you have day and night. He was also readily available for showings even when they were last minute. We felt very supported during such a stressful time.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin is an amateur offering very little knowledge. Biggest mistake weve made was trusting him to help us buy our home in a new area. He sold us a home on the premise that he and his company had a handyman that could create, fix, change anything we needed. He then referred a fraud that took our money and failed to show up and do the work. When we asked Austin his advice. He simply told us to get an attorney and blocked us. Never ever ever trust Austin Hedley. Hes horrible!!!Austin ONLY wanted to make a sale!! Lied about having a contractor that his company used Often. Our inspection report was long. He told us that he had them take care of most of the list was was completely inaccurate. Were still dealing with water that takes forever to heat up. A poolThat needs refinished. A hot tub that leaks. As well as a dozen other issues. Austin only wants to seal the deal at the expense of others.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was an outstanding realtor! We have been searching for the perfect waterfront property and every time one popped on the market we would text Austin asking for the earliest possible showing. Thankfully, Austin was always able to meet us on short notice and we were finally able to find our dream home! He had great suggestions on lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, contractors, and we have had nothing but exceptional service from Austin and those in his network! 10/10!

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was an amazing realtor! From the beginning I was not on board with my husband on selling our home. Austin knew this and took his time. I humored my husband on this idea and Austin was not pushy at all to also consider my feelings. He gave us input when needed and considered our thoughts and imput as well. We eventually sold our home and found the home of dreams thanks to Austin! We are very appreciative and thankful for all he has done! We Highly recommend reaching out to him when you want to sell and buy a home! You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was a great realtor to work with! From our initial inquiry of properties, he was quick to reply and easily reached by cell phone throughout our home search. He provided suggestions for the area and helped us identify our immediate needs and wants in a first home. He was available during evening hours and helped set up walk-throughs after our usual work hours. We found our perfect home in a matter of 2 weeks. Austin was present at our closing and made sure our final walk-through and purchase of our home went smoothly. We would highly recommend Austin to anyone in the Lake County area!

ZillowVERIFIED Austin is attentive and listened to what I was looking for. He was flexible and able to meet me on short notice, or provide me with options to make things work as far as arranging meeting times to the far suburbs from Chicago. Aside from that, he is personable and friendly and you cannot help but like him. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property, he was wonderful to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to view a home to bid on in an auction, Austin set me up to view that one and others that were similar. When that didn't work out, even though he provided me with a lender, he helped me and my mother work through others that had some of the characteristics I wanted. When he couldn't show me a house, he found another person to help show them to me. In addition, after I bought the house he found me a renter for the property on about the very first day it was listed. He was wonderful

ZillowVERIFIED "Austin has been my only agent since I began real estate investing in 2013. I must say I am impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. As an investor, we view many properties, put multiple bids, only a small portion get accepted and even a smaller number of contracts make it past inspection period to closing. Investor or a traditional client - he will do an excellent job for you. Austin is very patient and has the appropriate skill level to help analyze, negotiate and get properties bought or sold in the most efficient way. Most recent listing in South Holland with Austin, we had multiple offers and we sold it at list price! Definitely recommend him and his team."

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Austin was a great experience. My fiancA(C) and I were looking to buy our first home and had very little experience. We changed our minds about area, price range, and house style several times. Austin stayed flexible through it all and continued to find the types of homes we were looking for. He went on many walk through with us and worked around our busy work schedules. We were very impressed with his dedication level and negotiation skills. Thanks again for all of your help!
