Austin was a great help finding homes that met my criteria. Very responsive, flexible, and always available to answer questions and for showings! Easy to work with.
FAQ
Be prepared, it will be a little stressful, but I can promise it's not has hard as it seems. It's always good idea to ask questions and to get the ball starting early, vs losing the house you love because you haven't talked to a loan officer, fixed your credit, etc. Education is key, so allow me to share with you some information!
Selling a home is all about getting buyer eyes on your house. It's a number game, more eyes on your house, the quick it well sell. Thankfully, me and my team are very successful with doing just this, though the marketing systems we have in place!
I work with a lot of first time home buyers, those looking to relocate to Delaware, families or couples downsizing and business owners.
I would able to serve a fellow first responder (I'm a firefighter and EMT). Being able to help this client move through their transition, even though there were a couple issues that came up, I was able to deal with the problems so that they could happily move into their new house.
I wanted to understand more about the home buying process prior to buying my first house! Because of that, I now grew a passion of sharing as much information about real estate I can with the public so that they can make more educated home buying and selling decisions.
I personally have been in sales for over decade and been a first responder for the last 8 years. I'm sure you can understand how being in sales could be helpful, but how would being a first responder be helpful? Well you see, I've learned to thing on my feet, not get flustered easily even in the face of a large challenge, along with having the desire to serve my patient (client in this case) to the best of my ability!
