ZillowVERIFIED Austin is the best! He helped find my current home rental. Very cool guy, personable, zero pressure, and actually knows his stuff about real estate (rare find in todays breed of realtors). It felt like I was looking at houses with my buddy, who happened to be extremely informative. Without getting too into detail, he helped me avoid a couple places due to some things I would have 100% overlooked before signing and then been stuck. Highly recommended if you want someone on your team and not just someone looking to close!! He already knows hes getting a call from me again next year when its time.

ZillowVERIFIED Austin was a pleasure to work with. His council and professional advice was much needed in our first time purchase. He excelled at negotiating with the developers agent to get us the best deal. He was very quick to respond to our questions and was always available to give advice. Would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Austin Brown exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time Home buyer, I was not familiar with the subject or the best options out there available. Right away Austin was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me and helped determine what would be a good fit for me. He even recommended a wide variety of homes in my area which i ended up choosing from and greatly appreciated.Austin was willing to quickly respond to any question or doubts even late in the evening and was always efficient in solving the problem. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and even relieved my stress level in the mean time with such tight schedule. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in placing my offer and getting accepted. I highly recommend Austin Brown!

ZillowVERIFIED Austin is amazing at what he does! We were dead set on a home that was for sale by owner who did not want to work with an agent. He was very patient and made things happen. He is extremely motivated and driven which was helpful throughout the entire buying process. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent that is tentative and will listen and work with you to find the home of your dreams! Thanks so much Austin!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a FSBO with some interest. Austin contacted me that if i took his realtor services he would have a buyer. I did and i had a contract soon afterward. He assisted in coordination of the closing process as home inspection, roof inspection and answered closing questions for me and the buyer.
