Austin was so great to work with, he was always available when we wanted to view homes, and he always seemed to know something helpful about each home we were viewing. It was obvious that hes very involved in the real estate community here in town and has his finger on the pulse. We were looking over the holidays, and he didnt hesitate when we wanted to see a home the evening before Thanksgiving, and then again that weekend. He was always honest with us with regards to comps and what a property was worth. We were considering a fixer upper, so we had many conversations about how much money was available to put into the home, and whether we would be able to recoup the money invested. Not having purchased a home in this area, we were very thankful to have someone so knowledgeable about the specifics of different neighborhoods. He was able to offer insight as to the ambiance of a neighborhood, whether it would be a good fit for our family, as well as potential resale opportunities. He was constantly looking for new homes for us to look at and searching for more information on the home to make sure we knew everything we could before making an offer. Once we chose a home, his expertise really started to shine. From working through negotiations, to help navigating the inspection report.
