ReviewAurora is a hardworking, talented real estate professional who went above and beyond what I ever expected when she listed my mothers home for sale after her passing earlier this year. I was so impressed with Auroras energy, knowledge, and professionalism. She turned what seemed to be an impossibility (selling an older, functionally obsolete home in an undesirable neighborhood) into a smooth and timely reality. Aurora handled every detail, answered all of our questions, and generally made what could have been an extremely stressful process into an easy, seamless experience. I'm so grateful to Aurora for her hard work, and I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to her again when in need of a realtor, as either a buyer or a seller.

Review Aurora was truly amazing to work with as we sold our family home and found a new place to make memories. She is dedicated to her clients needs, conscientious and has superior attention to detail. We are grateful for her knowledge of the local market, but we are most appreciative of her genuine care for the families she works with. We highly recommend.

Review Aurora is an outstanding real estate professional; the epidemy of what every realtor should strive to be. She is not only a tremendously talented realtor, she is an outstanding person of the highest caliber. She responded immediately to our request for help in a very difficult situation involving a loss in the family and an estate home sale. This was further complicated by a major earthquake causing damage during the sales process. Aurora navigated it all and helped us reach the best possible conclusion. She did such an excellent job we went right back to her when purchasing a remote cabin. We've also recommended her to friends who had an equally positive experience.

Review We were so lucky to have found Aurora as our realtor. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well-informed, punctual, and comfortable during the buying process. This was invaluable to us as first time homebuyers! She is a highly knowledgeable resource as a multi property owner and property manager herself, and as a life long Alaskan, she is passionate about helping Alaska residents find exactly what they need. Aurora, we are so thankful for you! We also appreciate all of your positive energy every step of the way! We will definitely call you for real estate needs in the future.

Review Aurora, Helped us to set a reasonable price for our home. She even brought fresh baked cookies to make the house smell wonderful during our first showing. It did the trick! The house was listed on a Sunday morning and by Sunday evening we accepted a full price offer! Amazing! The first people to see the house bought it! I cant say enough good things about Aurora. She is a real go getter and gets results!

Review Aurora is one of those real estate agents that once you work with them you've found your agent for life. She's by far the best agent I've worked with. Aurora helped us find and purchase a Turnagain neighborhood house. Purchasing in Turnagain can be extremely challenging at times with low inventory and high competition. Aurora is very knowledgeable and savvy in that type of environment. She is passionate about real estate and it shows in her dedication to her work and the level of service she provides.

Review Aurora just helped us purchase a multi-unit property and did a fantastic job for us. She was extremely attentive and responsive, and was always available to answer our questions. She is very knowledgeable not only about purchasing and selling real estate, but also about the complexities involved with managing rental properties. We would not hesitate to recommend Aurora as a real estate agent, no matter what the client's unique needs may be!

Review Aurora helped my husband and I complete a Comparable Market Analysis on our FSBO home when an appraisal came back lower than expected. She navigated the MLS system with ease to show us homes that were comparable to ours in our neighborhood. The comps she was able to pull for us were appropriate for our home and assured us that our home did have a higher value than the appraisal estimate. We were able to submit the report that she created to our prospective buyers lender to contest the low appraisal. She is professional, brilliant, and loves the real-estate business.

Review Aurora is the most focused, detail oriented, researched, dedicated realator I have ever encountered. We've asked her to look into some complicated projects and she has come through with the information we needed every time. As a lifelong Alaskan she knows this town better than any realtor I've met. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling a house.
