ZillowVERIFIEDAugust was perfect! She listened to everything I said when we first met for a tour and found me a great property a couple days on the market. She is very helpful in the process and fights to help you close. I had a pest inspection that hung up my closing over moisture levels in the joists. She contacted them and helped me negotiate with public residential building codes to get the report rewritten. 10/10 would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough wonderful things about my realtor, August! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire home-buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was incredibly patient with me, always willing to answer my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was truly dedicated to helping me find the right homeaEUR"not just making a sale. Her knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for her patience, guidance, and commitment. If you are looking for a realtor who will truly go the extra mile and put your best interests first, I highly recommend her! Thank you, August!

ZillowVERIFIED August has been amazing throughout this entire homebuying experience for myself and my husband. This is our first time buying a home and August thoroughly explained each step of the process. We worked with August for over a year and a half due to the crazy housing market in South Florida. We are very particular and limited to the area we wanted to live in and August was so patient with us. August was always available to show us a house on short notice and she always worked around our crazy work schedules. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family and anyone else looking for a realtor to either purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED August helped us find our dream home, and made the entire process, from start to finish, a very smooth ride! . When I told August what we were looking for, she assured us she would help us find our perfect home. It was because of her relationship building skills and negotiation skills that she worked diligently with the listing agent to make the deal happen for us. The home was everything we wanted and more!!When it came to questions about the buying process, she was responsive and always knowledgeable. She kept us organized and sent reminders for everything. I can't say enough positive things about August - there's a reason why she's a top real estate agent! Thank you August for all you have done for us!

ZillowVERIFIED I found August to be willing to spend the time necessary to help me find what I was looking for and then extremely knowledgeable in guiding me through the required steps toward closing. She was quickly responsive to all communication and there were no surprises at any point. Her good judgment and rapport with all parties made the post inspection negotiation acceptable to all and very satisfactory to me.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you so much August Gordon from United Realty for all of your dedicated work! After helping my sister last year, we knew who to go to this year when it came to selling and buying a property. Not only did she sell our family home within a day at an amazing price but also was able to find an amazing condo for my Mom to downsize to. She knew exactly what our taste was like and had the perfect approach in helping us secure the deal for the perfect place. We couldn't have done this without her.A August was professional, always on time, dedicated, and most importantly wanted the best for us. Thank you so much for going above and beyond what any other realtor would have done and for being there every step of the way! When it's time for Dillan and I to get our dream home, we will be repeat clients without a doubt. We are incredibly grateful and appreciate you! Jamila & Lilia

ZillowVERIFIED August was a breath of fresh air to my wife and I looking to purchase our first home. She is attentive, kind, and worked diligently for what we were looking for. After just a few months of searching in a very competitive sellers market, we recently closed on our first home; and August was a huge part of it. We truly enjoyed the process and highly recommend August for anyone looking to buy or sell in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED August is the best. She helped us buy a wonderful home in a super tight market. From day 1, it was clear she had our best interest and what we were looking for in mind. She's extremely nice and professional, responsive, and patient, basically EVERYthing you would wish for in a realtor. She made the stressful home buying and negotiation process very smooth. If you are looking to buy or sell, look no further, August is your person. This is our third home purchase and by far the very best! Thank you so very much August!

ZillowVERIFIED My daughter and I would recommend Augusts service to anyone who is looking to find an agent who is willing to be there, always, when you need to find a new home. We found our new home in a coronavirus era. August took precautions (mask and distancing ) but was always available to go with me to view any property I wished to see. I changed my mind after choosing a new home and wanted to view other available properties. August was not discouraged by my decisions but helped me find another place immediately, that very day. She was honest and forthright with her opinion when I asked her as to a new home my daughter wold like. When we first was looking, my daughter viewed places with us but having a comprised immune system she was unable, as Covid became more dangerous, to view places with us. August was listening very closely to my daughters desires and gave me valuable input into her opinion as to what she felt my daughter would approve of in our new home. She also coordinated with my real estate attorney and loan originator to make sure all bases were covered. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She was also aEURoeon the jobaEUR? late at night to proceed with my new sale when urgency of action was needed. All in all she is a fantastic realtor, professional in every sense and always available for her buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED August has helped me with numerous real estate purchases by providing me with her expert advice and knowledge. Unlike most real estate agents, August Gordon always answers her phone and is quick to reply to my texts. She is very trustworthy and has always steered me towards the best investments. I especially appreciate her attention to detail. In the past, she has guided me away from a property that she deemed too close to powerlines. I highly recommend consulting with August before buying or selling real estate! She is among the best in the business!

ZillowVERIFIED August is a terrific Realtor. She is very detail oriented with a great personality and ability to negotiate. My favorite thing about working with her was that I always felt she had My Best interest in mind and gave me a terrific piece of mind knowing that I could trust her honesty and character. We finally closed our Condo today and I am very happy I chose Mrs Gordon as a realtor!
