ZillowVERIFIED Audrey Wiggins had all the local knowledge I needed as a relocating horse person to Southern Pines. She showed me both horse farms and smaller houses, and supported me in my decision to go with the latter. Very professional, knowledegeable, and enjoyable to work with. Would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone buying or selling a property in Moore County!

ZillowVERIFIED I ask Audrey to sell my house. As I was out of town and nobody living in the house, she had it cleaned in and out and yard done. Listed and closed 4 weeks. Couldnt have asked for a more efficient and professional job. Thanks Audrey

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Audrey twice, once as a buyer's agent and then a few years later as a seller's agent on a different house. Both experiences have been absolutely wonderful - she has my highest recommendation. She is professional, warm, and very responsive in every interaction we had. She took the time to explain every step of the process and helped me make informed decisions. She handled the entire process with the highest ethical and honest standards. She and her team are a pleasure to work with and I will always return to them for future real estate transactions. Both times we got to closing quickly and smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed with another agent originally and after minimal activity first 2.5 months I made the switch to Audrey. She had our property in contract 5 weeks later which is unheard of in our area. She was professional, accessible and very open to listening to my ideas and offering her perspective. She handled the transaction very efficiently-working with a difficult agent on the other side with a great attitude. I would recommend her without hesitation or reservation and would definitely use her again if I had stayed in the area. Two thumbs up and five stars!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience working with Audrey. We were moving to town and didn't know much about the area and she couldn't have been more helpful. We came to town for a short visit and she managed to coordinate over a dozen appointments for us and was able to quickly schedule second visits. We spent the day with her and she was a great resource for all information about the local area and the real estate market. We didn't love every home , but she helped us see potential in each home. She has a great eye for changing things up and renovating which was helpful. Once we decided on a house, she told us from the beginning what she believed a fair price for the home should be and when it came time to negotiations, she worked to get us as close to the number as possible and was excellent at negotiating repairs and allowances. She was also willing to walk away and keep looking which we appreciated. She was very organized and on top of the closing process which helped as he had not purchased a home in many years and needed the guidance. If you are looking for a dependable, honest and hard working realtor, choose Audrey Wiggins. She loves the area and is very knowledgeable and you won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Audrey helped me find the house of my dreams in less than a month's time. She worked all hours and even on Sundays to make sure that my needs were met, from the second I expressed interest in home ownership until the day I closed on my house. She continues to answer my questions and to provide recommendations for local home services. I could not have had a better experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Nice person who knows the area real well. Did not go to an offer stage so I can't comment on Negotiation Skills.Since she is a contractor, she really knows the ins and outs of houses and what it costs to restore, etc.Likes to upsell a lot. Would have liked to see some more foreclosures. The reason I didn't buy in Moore/Lee County is impending fracking, and overpricing. That was not the fault of Audrey-she did a good job. . If I was listing, I would want her because she fights for her clients so they get a good price.I expanded my search into other counties and found so much distressed inventory. I got the deal of a lifetime in Godwin that no Realtor would have found or shown. I'm sure they would have bought for themselves.

ZillowVERIFIED Audrey Wiggins is THE agent to work with in Moore County. She is among a small circle of agents that truly understand process of buying a farm, land, or your country home. Her network of professionals in the county and surrounding area made for fast answers to our many questions during the land buying process. Unlike many other agents she has no problem putting on her boots and breaking brush to walk an entire tract of acreage and look for your future home site. The entire experience was very easy and no drama.

ZillowVERIFIED As a new home owner with limited knowledge of the area and the entire process Audrey set my mind at ease by making the process smooth and easy. She answered every question quickly and thoroughly. She was referred to me by a friend who used her to find a home as well, and they could not speak any higher of her and her service. I will tell everybody I know looking into buying a home in the area to contact her first.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I called Audrey after being offered a job that would require us to move in less than three weeks from Arkansas to North Carolina! We were able to meet her here to look at homes four days after initial contact. Audrey was prepared and motivated! She not only found us a home and had us under contract by the end of the weekend, but she also was able to negotiate a rental agreement for us until our closing date. We had very specific needs and also very little time. This is our seventh move in thirteen years and I couldn't have found anyone better to walk us through it! Thanks Audrey
