We didnt have time to list out home till after we moved out of state. At first we started to use a discount broker but found it difficult and could not make any progress. We decided to engage Audrey because of her good reputation and close proximity to the home. She was able to handle everything and work as a real partner in getting this house sold. We listed the home a little low but were able to sell it quickly and over the ask price. We are pleased with her efforts to make the process easy and seemless.

We just spent the past few weeks stressed about finding a rental property. We need a place before the school year begins because my girlfriend is a teacher outside the metro-Atlanta area. Audrey Johnson took time to assist us even though she knew there was a high probability that wed land an owner-managed property during our search - meaning the realtor doesnt get paid in those instances. Audrey was unfazed by the idea of possibly not getting paid for assisting us! That is the epitome of selflessness and kindheartedness.
