I hired Audra and her team to sell my house and wanted to share how wonderful of an experience their service was from start to finish. In our first meeting, Audra brought several key members of her team, which I really appreciated. They came prepared to discuss my home and described in detail what they would do to market and sell my home. Everything was upfront and transparent. I had interviewed a few other agents, but ultimately signed on with Audra. She hit the ground running, getting my home beautifully staged, hiring a professional photographer and videographer to showcase my home, printing stunning brochures, and taking care of so many other details. Although these are things any good agent would do (or claims will do), two things made Audra stand out to me. First, her tireless devotion to quality at every level and in every detail. And second, how incredibly far beyond the scope of duty she and her team contributed. Honestly, I don't know when she sleeps! She truly loves what she does and it shows. Couple all of these things with Audra's wealth of real estate knowledge and you have the making for a truly wonderful real estate agency experience.
