ZillowVERIFIED Audra was professional and prepared. She scheduled multiple showing a day to make it easier for me to buy a house. The market was hot and houses were selling quicker than we could go see them. Most days, we saw a house on the market for either first day or second day on market. She explained the process of buying and selling to that I was clear and fully understood the process. I have and would recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Audra recently helped us sell our family home and purchase our dream beach house. Audra always had our best interst at heart. She was always available and communicated with us through out the entire process- always timely, relevant and reassuring. She took the time and was honest with what we needed to do to get our house ready to list. We listed our house on a Monday and it was sold 5 days later, it was a whirlwind of emotions, but Audra was empathetic with the milestone life change. She is a pleasure to work with and I am so grateful for all her hard work, we could not be happier. If you are interested in selling or buying I know Audra will work hard for you and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I had been getting ready to sell my home due to a work relocation for a few months when one day I noticed a "sale pending" sign on the lawn of my next door neighbor. I had no idea their home was even for sale because it sold so fast. I introduced myself to Audra the first chance I got and we had my home listed a short time later. I had my first offer in less than a week of having my home on the market and sold within a couple of months. Audra was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable about the local market and buyers, set realistic expectations, and kept me in the loop during all stages of the process. If you are in the market to buy or sell, I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Hi, My name is Greg and my wife is Linda we just used Audra for our first ever home purchase. When we started out she showed us a few homes in our range. We were ready to go. Audra used her vast knowledge of the mortgage system to help us get over being to gung ho. When the time was running short she kept going and steered us in the right direction. We ended up with a HOME that was perfect for our needs. After the paper work was done she didn't disappear. She kept in touch to make sure all was well. We think she was the reason we got through this in good shape. I thank her everyday for her hard work and dedication. Without her we may still be renting and throwing our money away. Sincerely Greg and Linda

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer that ended up going through the 203k loan process, I could not have had anyone better to help me through it. Audra takes the time to understand you and shows you only the types of properties you want. She was very informative and transparent about everything/all my options. All my questions were answered, some before I could even ask. She made sure things went as smoothly as possible throughout the grueling 203k process. My sister recommended her to me - she also helped my sister buy her first house. I would recommend Audra to anyone and would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the opportunity to work with Audra to handle my rental property since 2014. Whenever I needed to find a tenant to fill a vacancy she always has plenty of potential renters looking at my property within days of my asking. She is a great marketer, negotiator and knows the the local market.I have recommended her in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Audra was wonderful to work with! She has a wonderful personality and conveys a seems of trust. Audra was the second realtor used for the property and our only regret is that we hadn't contracted with her earlier. Audra was diligent and responsive immediately to all inquiries. As a seller, you felt that she was always available to you, without hesitation. It was somewant of a difficult property to sell but Audra made it happen! Excellent agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience with Audra. She was always willing to show us whatever we wanted to see and as many times as we wanted to see it. The house we ended up buying she suggested we see and although I was resistant she really wanted us to check it out, we loved it and her recommendation was spot on and that is the house we ended up purchasing.
