I work with all types of clients, crazy ones, calm ones, JUST KIDDING, I help first-time buyers and families upgrading or downsizing, to investors flipping properties—but I specialize in helping sellers market and sell their homes. I especially enjoy working with people who are down-to-earth, fun, and practical.

Everyone else will probably share an amazing story, so I’ll share a tough one. I represented a buyer in a transaction that started smoothly, but during inspections we uncovered several expensive repairs. I was able to negotiate major items along with closing costs, but then we learned the tenants wouldn’t be moved out by closing. I arranged for professional cleaners, and during the final walk-through we discovered the tenants had taken all the appliances and left the garage full of junk. In just one day, I negotiated brand-new appliances, had our team clean the garage, and secured a per diem for the delay. Even after closing, when another issue popped up, I made sure it was handled quickly. The point of the story is that sometimes things don’t go smoothly—problems pile up, it can be stressful and emotionally draining—but having the right agent who can find solutions and go out of their way to handle challenges is what truly matters.

My mom was in real estate throughout my childhood, so I spent plenty of time being dragged to showings and sitting in the office while paperwork was signed in person. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy it back then. But years later, when my husband and I bought our first home and finished the basement ourselves, I discovered how much I loved the home buying and building process. That experience sparked my passion for homes and for helping people, and it’s what led me into real estate—I’ve never looked back.

Over the past few years, I’ve taken on countless home projects, which has given me a strong understanding of how homes are built—from plumbing and electrical to tile work and finishing details. This hands-on experience helps me spot the small things that matter. I’m also working on earning multiple professional designations, including Buyer and Seller Representation and Residential Sales Expert, to continue bringing even more value to my clients.
