Times are changing and my team is on the forefront of that change here in Oklahoma. The days of sellers not having a choice except to pay 6% (3% to list and 3% to buyer's agent) to sell their home are over. The intersection of new technologies and extensive transactional experience is where you find my team and me. We offer all the marketing, negotiation and one on one consultation that a 3% listing agent historically offered. However, our seller's save thousands with only investing 1% of the sales price to have their homes listed. As a reminder, The buyer agent commission is still typically @3% of the sale price. The other difference with The Real Estate Lab is that there are no asterisks or "strings" to our offer to sell your home. There are no hidden fees and you are never required to use our company to help you purchase your next home. We truly feel that 1% commission to list, market and negotiate your home sale is a fair price. Went great! He helped us sell our house. Had someone out there that took great photos and got it posted really quickly. We listed the house quite a bit high. Wish we had more info on our house and were it fell between other houses similar. Of course hard to tell what a house will go for. He is super responsive. Would work together again.
