ReviewGreat, When she showed up. We only saw her for the showing. We spent more time with the sellers agent. She was late to most showings (life, I get it) and didnt even come to a couple and had someone else come. She said shed come to the inspection, didnt. Said she went to the appraisal she did not. She didnt even come to closing. Then she claimed she was sending us a closing gift since she didnt come but never did. (At this point we knew she wouldnt) We were first time home buyers and really had no idea what we were doing so having an agent that wasnt really there made the process harder for us. We wouldve changed agents if we werent so deep in the process. We shouldve listened to those around us that told us this isnt normal.

Review I dont know if there are enough words in the English language that can properly describe just how phenomenal it was to work with Aubrey. My experience buying my house was stressful so I was incredibly anxious about how it would be when I sold it but from the moment I heard Aubreys voice on the other line, I knew she was the ONE. Almost immediately we clicked. For the entire short time we worked together, it did not feel like I had just met her. It felt like I had known her my whole life and this was my best friend helping me out. She was so helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to selling a house and I trusted Aubrey wholeheartedly to steer me down the right path and she never failed me once. I am so grateful to her for making this whole ordeal so smooth and simple. My house was sold before it was even on the market!! I couldnt have dreamed of a better outcome and its literally all because of Aubrey Owens.

As my husband and I are retired realtors, we were extremely impressed with Aubreys professionalism and knowledge in the handling of the purchase. So, when it came time to sell our house we immediately contacted Aubrey to handle it for us. We never considered anyone else. I believe communication is what I admire the most about her. She was always on top of every detail, and never minded my calling if I had a question.
