We told her we wanted to sell as is. She agreed not putting pressure on us to do improvements. The team did the pictures and pamphlets and we were impressed. We agreed on a listing price and it was put out on the web. There were many showings and lots of traffic at the open house. We ended up getting an offer of $60k more than asking. With the market being so crazy right now, you need a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, savvy, efficient and with lots of experience. Terry is your agent! The house went up for sale at 11pm on a Thursday night and we were the first to see the house that following morning because of her jumping into action quick.
