Let someone enter my house without confirming appointment with me beforehand. Not very proactive. Excuses for everything. Wouldn't recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey is an exceptional realtor.I expect good service and on RARE occasions have the privilege to work with someone who exceeds my expectations.I initially contacted another agency marketing themselves as Hyper-local experts. Their agent recommended a listing price I felt was a bit low.I contacted Aubrey and the house was sold 8 days later for $50K above the top end of other agent's range.Aubrey did an excellent job in keeping the process flowing, informing me as needed, without wasting my time. I could not have had a better partner to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED First let me say I'm a first time home buyer. Aubrey not only helped me through the complete process but responded to my every request for information almost instantly. I'm a senior and it's rare to find a competent person that is willing to literally hold your hand through this important and stressful process. If you need a smart knowledgeable agent that will go the extra mile for you she's the one. She not only listened to my requests but then followed through. Her advice and expertise helped me find a home I can afford and appreciate.

ZillowVERIFIED The absolute best agent ever! Buying a home was one heck of a process for our family and she was there every step of the way (a full year to find what we wanted after the first sale fell through). She is amazing! We were so blessed to have such an amazing woman helping us through this process!

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey was amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also extremely personable and understanding of being a family with 4 small children. We were worried about selling our home as we had only been in it for 2 years but were relocating due to a job opportunity. Aubrey thoroughly addressed our questions and concerns and was never dismissive of our feelings during the process. She was always easy to contact when needed and literally made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and virtually effortless on our part. There was never any question that she was working for us and our best interest instead of rushing to make a sale and commission. We highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I am military and stationed overseas during the time of selling my home. Aubrey, hands down, was amazing throughout the whole process of selling my home. She ensured I was well informed throughout the process, and turned, what I expected was going to be a small profit, to much more than I originally had in mind. I highly recommend her. If I ever do come back to the area looking to buy again, she will definitely be the first person I contact.

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey killed it from start to finish! She was always very responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. Me being a first time home buyer, I knew virtually nothing about the entire process but Aubrey made sure I understood everything that was going on from viewing to closing. I highly recommend her for anyone interested in buying a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey Cook is a fantastic realtor. We were home shopping from out of state in a very aggressive Colorado Springs housing market. We flew into town for a short period and she made time for us and got us into the house we wanted. This is significant because homes that we liked were lasting less than a week on market. Aubrey is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the intricacies of home buying. Also, there were little to no lapses in communication (even when negotiating from out of state). She was very respectful and responsive to our requests. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Aubrey to sell and purchase a new home and she went above and beyond. She listened, was extremely informative, and never hesitated to answer even minor questions in a very timely manner. She had a way to always make us feel like we were her only clients. She has an incredible network of people to make every stage of the process seamless; and they all spoke very highly of her. I highly recommend Aubrey if you want an agent who is honest and hard working. We will use her again in the future for any real estate ventures.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I couldnt have bought a house without the help of Aubrey! We called her because a friend of ours bought their home through her and couldnt say enough amazing things. She was truthful, responsive, and knew what she was talking about. She always made sure we understood the process and fought to get us what we wanted even when our first house fell through from a bad inspection. Through her knowledge we were able to walk away from a house that would have caused us so much headache and now we are in our dream house! Aubrey is the sweetest and you cannot go wrong giving Aubrey a call!

ZillowVERIFIED There are really no words to describe how great it was working with Aubrey. My 21 year old daughter bought her first home and we tried different realtors who seemed not to take her seriously and were unwilling to help. By chance we found Aubrey and she immediately started giving us options and was willing to show us properties with no "ifs" or "buts". She recommended a wonderful mortgage broker who also helped us tremendously. Aubrey looked out for my daughter's interest and ALWAYS kept in touch and up to date with changes. She was always available and answered all of our questions. Finally my daughter closed a few days ago and she couldn't be happier...all thanks to Aubrey. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey assisted us from a move to COS via the East Coast. Based on our requests for homes we wanted to see virtually, Aubrey wasted no time in walking us through each home via FaceTime. Her responsiveness to our needs was top notch, particularly when we were unable to be in-person and onsite in COS. If you are moving to COS and cannot be present to choose your forever home, count on Aubrey to assist....she is terrific.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough wonderful things about Aubrey. She is committed unlike any realtor I've worked with to ensure your house buying experience is done seamlessly! In our situation, the seller and seller realtor was ridiculous and made our process way more challenging than needed, yet Aubrey worked through every challenge and curve ball, reassuring and counseling the ENTIRE time. Closing was a dream come true and this was due to Aubrey's knowledge, forward-thinking actions, momemtum and charisma! Not only did I find a kick-ass realtor, but a friend to me and my kids! Thanks Aubrey!! We wouldn't be here without you!

ZillowVERIFIED Super gal to deal with! Always kept me informed. I had this property listed with another realtor for two years. never received ANY phone calls from them. Aubrey called several times during the time she had the listing, and until sold!!! She did work at it! I've known her, and the extended family for years. They are some of the best people you can meet! Would definitely rate Aubrey at the top end of real estate. Raw land was new to her, Im guessing? But she proved up and did a super job on all counts.

ZillowVERIFIED HIGHLY recommend Aubrey. She showed us everything we wanted to see, even if out of her area. Once we picked a place, she was a delight to work with to make it happen. But at the last minute, we had a family emergency and had to back out. She was SO helpful handling the seller and getting our earnest money back. I can't thank her enough! And she still follows up with us to make sure everything is ok. You're in great hands with Aubrey!

ZillowVERIFIED I was going through a divorce and needed to sell my home - I found Aubrey through the Equity website and decided to give her a shot. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure that my ex-wife and I were happy every step of the way. The listing had great pictures and video and when it hit the market we had a very strong response. We sold the house in 24 hours at more than listing price and had multiple, strong offers to decide from. I have since turned friends on to her and her top notch services and everyone has been very happy. It seems like everyone is a realtor nowadays. Finding one that actually understands the market, has the ability to generate a buzz and interest in your property and knows how to negotiate deals is the key to maximizing profits from your sale. I will, without question, use Aubrey for my next purchase and will undoubtedly recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor. Give her a call - you'll be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey Cook did a great job marketing my house. Did a market analysis for the home and it was worth more then I thought. We decided on a reasonable list price and the house sold the first week for more then asking price. Strong market in Colorado Springs right now but I believe Aubrey is a real go getter and would do a great job in any market condition. Very pleased!

ZillowVERIFIED Aubrey was fantastic. She was always available to talk over the phone or in person which I found to be most reassuring during my real estate sale. She sold my house in one day for a higher price than I thought possible and she even jumped in to help ready the home for viewing. I have only good thoughts about Aubrey and her energy and positive attitude in all things. When I sell my current home she will be the one I call.
