ZillowVERIFIEDWe wanted to find a Japanese/English speaking realtor to sell our land on Big Island, Hawaii. Atsuko was great not only because she is bilingual, but also her support was great. Her response was always prompt. She expedited escrow when necessary. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She gave us good advices and suggestions. We were able to sell our property more than we expected at beginning. I highly recommend her to be your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I had to find a Japanese/English speaking realtor able to navigate the cultural and legal differences in the land and home buying experience here in Hawaii. I found all that and more with Atsuko Winston. Here professionalism and communication was stellar and made for a quick, simple and effortless transaction. She also works closely with a local escrow company that is quick and inexpensive. So if you need someone for the Big Island of Hawaii,I highly recommend this agent!

ZillowVERIFIED First, we tried to buy a house in the island of Hawaii without visiting there. Instead of us, Ms. Atsuko checked houses and took many photos and videos to show us the current conditions of houses. We submitted offers for foreclosed houses and also bid at auction. In any situations, she was very quick to prepare documents to submit offers. When we changed our plan to buy a land instead of a house, she gave us appropriate advices about areas and conditions to lead us to the right direction. We found our desired land in the island of Hawaii to build our house and move there in the near future. Without her help, we could not buy the land for our future. Ms. Atsuko Winston is very knowledgeable and quick to respond our needs. We highly recommend her to everyone to buy properties in the island of Hawaii.

ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Atsuko Winston back in 2018; initially because of her dual-language / Japanese-English capability, as my wife is also Japanese. We could not have been happier!! We found Atsuko to be very proactive in our long-distance search from the mainland for a home in Hawaii, working with her via email and phone calls. During our many visits to Hawaii Atsuko made herself available to match our schedules, spending hours of driving around the island looking at countless houses and areas. We found Atsuko to always be very responsive and always be very helpful during our house-hunting visits and ultimately with our final purchase decision. Her support during the purchase, providing all documents on a timely basis, and answering all questions was very helpful. Even months after the purchase closing, Atsuko has continued to provide support above-and-beyond her Realtor responsibilities. We HIGHLY recommend Atsuko should you need reality services on the Big Island.

ZillowVERIFIED Atsuko was introduced to my nephew, Yuta Yokoyama, who is a realtor in Honolulu. Since she is fluent in both English and Japanese, we get along very well. She spent extra time to let me see several available houses with my own pace. I highly recommend her as your agent for not only English speaking buyers but also Japanese speaking buyers. I am still getting a lot of advice from shopping to beaches. She also introduced me to a handy man to help fix my new nest.Arigatoo gozaimashita.

ZillowVERIFIED Atsuko Winston represented us in selling a commercial office space in Hilo. She was professional, thorough and highly responsive to all emails and phone calls. This was especially important since I do not live on island. Atsuko was also incredibly helpful in getting us connected to professionals for polishing up our space prior to listing. I highly recommend Atsuko Winston for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I hired Atsuko to sell my home because my friends recommended her, and she was great to work with. She advised me what needs to be done to make the house more appealing and took good pictures. She always make sellers benefit first not her own interest. I will recommend her to my friends just like my friends did.

ZillowVERIFIED Atsuko Winston was extremely helpful. At times it seemed like she was doing other peoples jobs just to help my wife and I buy our first home. She was understanding and took the time to work with the many people in my family that had input. Would work with her again for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2014 I sold my home and moved to a different state. A big move that required a lot of planning and logistics. I was extremely pleased with the way Atsuko handled the entire transaction. She was extremely professional, thorough, and went above and beyond in many ways. I actually moved before the sale and even in my absence Atsuko took care of tiny details. I highly recommend this real estate agent. The only reason I didn't utilize her services to purchase my next home is because it was in another state. But I would definitely work with her again.
