ZillowVERIFIED Atlas Fathalla is the best Realtor I've encountered in the business...While I at first did not want to give him an audience because we had already interviewed 7 agents beforehand and One Agent was in contention of assuredly receiving our business... he persisted and asked that we give him 30 minutes of our time. That was the best decision my wife and I could have ever made. We subsequently chose this man to represent us. This man came prepared. He had done his due diligence and presented a marketing plan that I was in awe of. He had done the comps in our area for property on deep water-he had checked out all of the agents who had shown properties on deep water in my area, while also presenting his 3-tiered Selling point suggestion chart. Without question we opted to go with this well balanced professional and are so thankful we made the right call. He listed our property on a Wednesday via MLS...we had one showing scheduled for that day...(and mind you All of the byers who were shown the property were properly vetted that could afford this home...) 2 showings on that Thursday, one showing on Friday and we had a viable contract on Saturday...We got an ratified contract on Monday morning and a selling price 99% of our asking price...I call that OUTSTANDING...He's set the bar for future agents if you ask me...It has been a pleasure working through this process...He has an extremely competent Team he works with as well. ZillowVERIFIED Atlas was/is in every sense of the word PROFESSIONAL. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, (previous home building business), and none has cared as much as he does. We sat down on day one and discussed, in great detail, the price ranges that he felt my home would sell based on the current market conditions. Atlas also provided copious amounts of information that described our home comps/competition in the marketplace giving us an educated path forward to sell. He told me how many showings on average it takes and a timeframe for a smooth closing. He hit the nail on the head! After each showing clear details came back from the buyer's agents of what/how we measured up and if it was suitable to their needs without me having to ask for them. Responses came within hours, not days. At no time did I ever have any doubt he would get the job done. The listing was spot on, detailed and, again, very professionally presented. The photographer, listing and paperwork was crystal clear and spot on. Every I was dotted, and every T crossed. We were closed in 68 days. You cannot find a better agent in the business of getting your home sold. To say Atlas knows his stuff is a huge understatement. I interviewed a few great realtors, but Atlas had the upper hand due to his promptness, excellent communication, and abundance of pre-interview material. He uses excellent communication methods and responds quickly to provide detailed information, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The interview proceeded quite well, and he was immensely patient answering all my questions. To my surprise, Atlas gave the house a significantly higher valuation than any of the other brokers. However, after seeing all the excellent information he had given me, I was sure he would sell the house quickly and for a good price! And he did! Despite the fact that I was moving out of town, the selling process went really easy for me. With the help of his excellent staff, Atlas organized the deep cleaning, staging, and any required repairs. The professional photos of the house were breathtakingly beautiful. Atlas put the house up for sale two weeks after the interview day, and I was able to sell it to the first visitors excellent offer. Selling or buying real estate is a significant deal, and the process can be very intimidating for a first-time seller like me. I am glad I didnt settle for good; I got THE BEST! Call Atlas!

ZillowVERIFIED Atlas is a true professional. Our situation was unique. We had listed our house at a time when interest rates were rising fast. While we were not concerned our house would sell, but would we be able to afford to buy on the other end. As we were watching the interest rates, we made the decision to take our house off the market. It was at this very moment in time, he got us a full price offer but we had made our decision and told him we would revisit this the following spring. Atlas was understanding, sympathized with our dilemma, supportive in our decision, and gracious in his effort to let us out of our listing agreement. Atlas professionalism convinced us to only let him represent us when things had changed. While we waited, he continually checked in on us. Never once did he try to push us back on the market but only to understand where we were in our decision-making process, explain the current market conditions, what he felt the trend would be, and over all, asked how we were doing. About 8-9 moths later, our circumstances had changed, so we called him. He informed us of the aEUR~Coming Soon section of the MLS; this previews homes for one week before going aEUR~live. He told us our house would be highlighted in this section to really draw interest. And did it. During this period we already had an offer! A full price offer, but we had some reservations. Atlas did not push us into accepting but instead, listened to our concerns and proposed an alternate path for us to take. Although we did not take this offer, he had a strategy. Through his wisdom and experience, he anticipated what the market would bare, and executed his plan. The end result was a new offer, $16k above asking price and in 3 days, we were under contract! To be clear, for the result-oriented: 5 unofficial days on the market, full-price offer. Then, 2 official days on the market, with an above-asking-price offer. Receiving the over-the-asking-price offer is not the reason I would recommend Atlas and his team. Our reasons are his personal interest in our needs being met, his commitment to his craft, his professionalism, and his main goal of customer satisfaction. We truly feel we didnt have a realtor but a friend and still do to this day. Thank you Atlas. We only wish you were in our new town so we run into you once again. Mark & Alanna Raia

ZillowVERIFIED I strongly suggest anyone selling a vacant lot, an existing home or buying either should contact Atlas! He came to my property, walked it with me and I showed him everything I could possibly tell him about the vacant lot property, and he completely agreed with me that my asking price was reasonable for how beautiful the view was of the Intercoastal Waterway. While 3 other realtors told me I would never get that amount of money for the property and that I needed to bring my requesting price down to what they thought I should be asking. He then sat down with me, and he advised me on how he would handle my property, step by step. Completely informative on everything. We had a contract for a year. It ended up taking a year and a half, but it wasn't his fault. We had at least 3 or 4 people show interest and ended up taking steps to buy it, but weeks or months later they would back out. That slowed it down a bit because we had to start all over again with each interested party. He backed up everything he promised he would do to help with the sale. He was extremely patient with me (because it was a difficult sell for me) and gave me advice on the options and then he would give me the time to decide what I wanted to do, without being pushy about it. Once he found the right buyer and we closed on the contract, we asked him to help us buy the next investment property and he has walked us through every step of the process on that contract as well. ZillowVERIFIED If I could give him six stars, or more, I would. He's that good and works so hard for his clients. Atlas first found us our dream house and then, in a very crazy market that seems more like a gold rush, he made sure we got it. Like me he is from New York City originally and came to love the lowcountry and his love for it is contagious. He knows the area great and then got to know us and what we like. It's not always easy looking for homes but it was always fun to be with Atlas. Even after we bought the home, he answered questions about the area, where to buy things, what restaurants to try, etc. He's an extraordinary professional, with great knowledge and contacts; but just as importantly, he's a terrific human being.
