We worked with another agent previously to try to sell our home, which provided a useful point of comparison. When we hired Atlas, the difference in approach was apparent immediately. Atlas took the time to walk the property carefully, understand its complexities, and offer candid guidance on pricing and strategy. His recommendations were realistic, well-reasoned, and grounded in current market conditions. The expectations he set were clear, and he followed through on them. Our primary property was not simple to sellaEUR"12.5 acres with a house, barn, outbuilding, and pondaEUR"but Atlas knew how to position it properly and market it effectively. The photography, videography, and drone footage were exceptional and showcased the property accurately and attractively. His data-driven marketing strategy was equally important, ensuring the listing reached the right audience rather than relying on generic exposure. The approach was disciplined, thoughtful, and effective, and the property sold. Based on that amazing experience, a few months later we worked with Atlas again to sell a separate three-acre undeveloped lot. Working with Atlas was truly such a positive experience from start to finish. Atlas did an incredible job with selling our house! We had been thinking about selling for a couple months and he was constantly keeping us updated on the market in the area which helped us tremendously when we decided we wanted to sell.
