Atlas did an incredible job with selling our house! Atlas Fathalla is the best Realtor I've encountered in the business...While I at first did not want to give him an audience because we had already interviewed 7 agents beforehand and One Agent was in contention of assuredly receiving our business... he persisted and asked that we give him 30 minutes of our time. That was the best decision my wife and I could have ever made. We subsequently chose this man to represent us. This man came prepared. He had done his due diligence and presented a marketing plan that I was in awe of. He had done the comps in our area for property on deep water-he had checked out all of the agents who had shown properties on deep water in my area, while also presenting his 3-tiered Selling point suggestion chart. Without question we opted to go with this well balanced professional and are so thankful we made the right call. He listed our property on a Wednesday via MLS...we had one showing scheduled for that day...(and mind you All of the byers who were shown the property were properly vetted that could afford this home...) 2 showings on that Thursday, one showing on Friday and we had a viable contract on Saturday...We got an ratified contract on Monday morning and a selling price 99% of our asking price...I call that OUTSTANDING...He's set the bar for future agents if you ask me...It has been a pleasure working through this process...He has an extremely competent Team he works with as well.
