Ashlie Martin

Hi! I'm Ashlie Martin! Team Leader of Martin & Co Living and Managing Broker of RE/MAX Northwest. I grew up in the Tri-Cities from the age of 5. I graduated from Richland High School where I met my husband, Shane Martin, who is an amazing local real estate photographer/videographer. I started in real estate as a receptionist in 2010 and found that I had a passion for the industry. I gained knowledge for the next 5 years as a Transaction Coordinator, a Marketing Director and an Executive Assistant to the Managing Broker. With this, I was able to learn contracts in and out, how to market to prospective buyers and seller and how to run a successful real estate business. In 2016 I got licensed and haven't looked back. Since 2016, I have sold over 175 transactions for buyers and sellers and over 90% of my business is referrals from past clients. I pride myself on working hard for my clients and creating a relationship based on trust and communication.
