About Ashlie Martin

Hi! I'm Ashlie Martin! Team Leader of Martin & Co Living and Managing Broker of RE/MAX Northwest. I grew up in the Tri-Cities from the age of 5. I graduated from Richland High School where I met my husband, Shane Martin, who is an amazing local real estate photographer/videographer. I started in real estate as a receptionist in 2010 and found that I had a passion for the industry. I gained knowledge for the next 5 years as a Transaction Coordinator, a Marketing Director and an Executive Assistant to the Managing Broker. With this, I was able to learn contracts in and out, how to market to prospective buyers and seller and how to run a successful real estate business. In 2016 I got licensed and haven't looked back. Since 2016, I have sold over 175 transactions for buyers and sellers and over 90% of my business is referrals from past clients. I pride myself on working hard for my clients and creating a relationship based on trust and communication. Selling a home is one of the most important decision you can make in your lifetime, choose an agent that you can trust to get the job done and that has proven results.

We sold and purchased a home with Ashlie and it was a wonderful experience! Ashlie was always quick to respond, no matter the time or day. She was also a great communicator, explaining what to expect throughout the whole process. Even though I was half way across the country, the sale of the home was a smooth process and when questions came up, Ashlie quickly helped me through them. The purchase of a home was equally as smooth, and Ashlie was supportive even when we asked to see a home multiple times!

We were having trouble selling our house and needed to take action by hiring a new agent. Ashlie was recommended to us by a friend.
