ZillowVERIFIED I was a bit nervous about mixing a personal relationship with business, but working with Ashley was an amazing experience. Not only did she maintain the highest level of professionalism, but she also made the whole process feel personal and comfortable. She took the time to listen to my needs and answered all of my questions, even the ones I wasnt sure I should ask. She was incredibly patient, transparent, and really helped me navigate everything from start to finish. I'm so grateful for her expertise and guidance, and I never once felt pressured or rushed. If you're looking for someone who blends both knowledge and care, I highly recommend working with her. She made the experience painless and this experience strengthened our relationship.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley did an amazing job helping us find our forever home! Ashley is very knowledgeable, a fantastic negotiator and made the process smooth and stress free. She went above and beyond and was always there to answer even the smallest questions no matter the time. We have purchased multiple homes in the past and she is by far the realtor weve met. We would highly recommend Ashley to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Weve been working with Ashley for about 4 years. She has incredible patience as you can tell by that time frame. We recently just sold our house with her as the listing agent. She was very knowledgeable when it came to house prep and the current market. She was always willing to promote the house constantly on social media and have hosts for open houses. We also used her as our agent for buying our new home. For both transactions she helped us navigate with timelines and negations from other parties. She would be a great asset to you and your family if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was truly exceptional. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Her responsiveness to us was incredible. If she did not answer her phone, she always either texted back as to when she would call or she would call back as soon as possible. She was looking out for us and had our best interest in mind. She is very good at dealing with other real estate agents. She has a cool, calm mindset and kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence that she would get the job done - and she did! She spent a lot of time and effort into walking us through the process of selling our home. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the whole process of selling our home. We truly appreciate Ashley's input and relied on it heavily through the process of selling our home. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it. We would definitely recommend Ashley for selling or purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was by far the most knowledgeable realtor we have worked with. We were unsure of quite a few steps in the process of selling and buying as it was our first time doing both, and Ashley diligently was liked us through everything. She was willing to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything. She allowed us to see lots of homes without pressuring us to just pick one to wrap things up quickly. She is an exceptional realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with in both selling our home and buying our new home. When issued arose with our buyer, she guided us through the process with great advice. She was awesome in helping take away the stress of dealing with the builder on our new home by taking on some of the more difficult conversations and staying on top of the builders commitments. I highly recommend Ashley for any of you professional realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED High-octane, high-knowledge, high-patience. Ashley has all 3 qualities and so much more. Her thoughtful suggestions of properties we should consider were always spot on, and she waded through the administrative challenges of an atypical closing as if she does it every day. Every time we thought things weren't going to work out in finding our new house or closing the final deal, Ashley made sure they did. We love our new house. Thank you, Ashley!

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home purchase and my wife and I tend to be on the picky side. Ashley was so helpful in so many ways. Her knowledge of the area and market are invaluable tools and her experience helps you to feel confident in your decisions. She was also extremely patient with us when we had random concerns at 11:00 pm and, after we had chosen a new build home, she still worked with us to show us existing homes as they came on the market. All because Ashley wanted to make sure we were making the best decision for our family. Ashley was with us every step of the way and was an outstanding partner to have for our home purchase. I can not recommend her highly enough! If you are buying, selling, or just considering a home purchase, do yourself a favor and call Ashley Wright. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been lucky enough to have Ashley help us both purchase and sell a small condo in Indianapolis. We immediately felt very at ease and comfortable working with Ashley. She was very open and honest at all times while showing us homes. Although we bought and later sold a very small condo - relatively small fish in the real estate market - Ashley never made us feel as if our business was too small or unimportant. She always answered questions in a professional and timely way. She is honestly one of the hardest working people that I have ever worked with. I would give Ashley the highest possible recommendation to anyone either in the market to purchase or sell a property. Call Ashley and she can help make the buying or selling process easy and stress-free.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley went far above and beyond for us! We live in southeast Indiana and had a condo in Indianapolis which our son stayed in while going to college. (it was cheaper than rent!) Ashley was VERY helpful in going to the condo for us to let repairmen in, etc. since we live over 2 hours away. She is friendly, timely, and very knowledgeable. We bought the condo through her and felt so comfortable with her that we asked to help us sell the condo!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley presented me with all of my options from the very start, always kept in contact to make sure I had every bit of information that I wanted or needed plus she told me things I didn't know I needed to know! Ashley also helped me after closing with questions I came up with and even surprised me, and her other clients who purchased a home last year, with a homeowners ornament for Christmas....which she hand delivered. Ashley is awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Ashley in 2014 when I decided to put away my fear of jumping into house hunting and clicked on "more information" for a house I found online. Ashley called me within two hours of that first click. She set up a time to meet with me (on my schedule) and walk me through the process step-by-step. Over the course of the next year, she was right there encouraging me to look but not settle until I found the right house. She gave thoughts and suggestions, but didn't push me to make a decision till I was ready. I would highly recommend Ashley.

ZillowVERIFIED This was a new experience for me so I needed a ton of help along the way. I probably contacted Ashley daily to make sure everything was on the up and up. I couldnt have asked for a more honest, knowledgeable and dependable person to work with. At the end of the day all of our requests were handled and we are so happy with the way things turned out. I would recommend Ashley to anyone interested in buying a home

ZillowVERIFIED I have been in the market to buy and sell homes since 1971. I have bought 11 homes and sold 10 in that time. Most of the homes were bought or sold in the past 18 years (mainly to follow my grandchildren from state to state) and Ashley Wright is the most thorough and professional of all of them. I would even say that she is better than all the rest of them put together. She was so thorough that the most recent home I bought in Camby Indiana I did so not ever seeing the home in person. I was in Montana and she took detail video of every home that I was interested in and pointed out the good and the bad with each of them. Most realtors that I have dealt (prior to Ashley) would not necessarily point out all the bad features of a home in the hope of getting a quick sale. Her knowledge of the area, what to look for in a home, insurance, mortgage options, home inspections and ability to negotiate is second to none. But even more important is her integrity. Anyone that used Ashley to help buy or sell a home would most definitely be completely satisfied. David Dalton
