Her knowledge, her professionalism, her expertise, her ability to break things down so we understood where we were at at any given point during our transaction, her communication skills, and everything else are just above and beyond. I know the market in Michigan is booming right now and I would definitely enlist Ashleys help again on either side of the transaction. She helped us sell and came up with a selling strategy that we were comfortable with AND got us multiple offers OVER asking. ZillowVERIFIED Ashley went above and beyond helping me find my home. She contacted listing agents for me to set up prompt showings and strategically helped me make an offer on my home that the sellers could not resist. To avoid any delays Ashley even went to the home to replace shed doors and re-paint the garage door to meet USDA standards when the sellers failed to get this done. She is always available for calls or texts and replies very quickly. She was able to answer all of my questions and communicated with the lender to try to speed things along. I highly recommend Ashley! She does and amazing job.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to use a RD loan on the house, but Ashley let us know that we couldn't use that type of loan to get the house. She walked us through to get the loan type changed to a FHA loan with our loan advisor so we could get the home of are dreams. She worked closely with our loan advisor and the seller during the process to ensure that everything was in place for us to close on the house. She also located us an inspector that did a very detailed inspection of our home. Any questions that we had Ashley got the answer for us very quickly. She made us feel like family and treated us like we were just that. We would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home in the Battle Creek Area to give Ashley a call you will not be disappointed!
