We purchased our current home and sold our previous townhome at the same time with AWRG and our experience could not have been better. We had a dedicated buying agent, Lori, who is amazing. We also had a dedicated selling agent, Janie, who is also amazing. Lori was responsive to my fast and needy personality. She accommodated us on the fly, remained calm, talked me off the ledge, and she was there for us along the way through the stressful process. Janie was fast and got us set up as a client immediately and she flawlessly coordinated our purchase and sell so we could move on the timeline we needed. She checked in with us constantly and I truly trusted that she had our best interest in mind. Shauna, who we worked with for closings, is also a gem. Ashley checked in with us after the fact to see how it went. She cares about her clients and aims to constantly improve her business. My only regret is that I won't get to work directly with them again anytime soon since they so perfectly helped us find a forever home.

He went above and beyond when we needed it most, so when it came time for us to buy a house one year later, we went straight to him.He's extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. He helped us negotiate a home warranty and a sizable credit for repairs, and also helped us find a trustworthy inspector, lender, and home insurance broker. ZillowVERIFIED I knew that looking for a new home was going to be a challenge, time consuming, and a test of patience especially if you are someone new to an area and no knowledge of its surrounding neighborhoods, towns and routes. Chris Clark and Shauna Nelson of the Ashley Wilson group made things very easy and educational on buying a home. Working full time and only getting to walk through homes and drive to different parts of Raleigh suburbs at the end of a work day was made easy with Mr. Clark and his hard work. Be up-front and honest with his questions and he will layout a map of where and where not to find the home you are looking for. Helping him only helps you more. Chris also educated me what to look for, in detail, the little things that could save you money in the long run as far as repairs or upkeep of you new home. Mr. Clark could also recommend contractors to help with any additional task that need to be addressed, because lets face it, even some new model homes are not always flawless. During your home buying process, if you are losing sleep at night wondering if things are missed or stones unturned, Mr. Clark is losing sleep too. Shauna Nelson will help in that process seeing that any list of demands/repairs/tasks the buyer may ask the seller to address before signing of final paperwork. Shauna will have a longer list than you will..lol. And she will get it done. I needed up with a much better home than I thought I would. I look forward to doing business with them again and help my loved ones and friends do business with them in the future.
