Once we selected a home that was under construction, Ashley took time out of her day to provide updates on the build process and also figure out why we were behind the initial schedule provided. Understanding issues of supply is one thing, but having someone that can tell you exactly where things stand with your build is another. She was just who we needed, and at the perfect time.

With fights between the heirs, some causing sales to fall thru, Ashley was available early mornings to late nights, answering questions and helping in any way to move the sale along. This included working with 2 attorneys from the heirs side and another from the buyer. And it was down to the last minute, literally, that she wrangled everyone, helped the heirs come to agreement and got the house sold the day before a hurricane was hitting south Florida where the house is. ZillowVERIFIED Ashley handed our Florida estate sale with 5 of us spanning 4 states. We were quite a handful. None of us were on the same page. To use a metaphor: it was like wrangling cats.Ashley when above and beyond. She assisted with mediation to try to get us at least one page apart. She explained what type of buyer & price we should expect for the state of home. Assisted us with the dates we needed to get things done, & let us know the pitfalls of falling behind at each step.Through it all she was calm & courteous, even when some of us had tempers flaring. She was always respectful & explained the options we had in plain English (No Legal dictionary needed). She was in contact with us & offered assistance at each step. On the final day, she was in constant contact on where we were. We all were anxious for this to be done.

Ashley is very knowledgeable on the SW Florida area and was able to match us with the perfect home for our family. She always offered great advice and was there to answer questions day and night. She is always quick to respond too. We bought a new construction home from a local builder in the area and started out using their preferred lender. We ended up not being happy with this lender so she quickly took control of the situation and put us in touch with one of her recommended lenders (who was also amazing!). She was able to get our closing costs covered by the builder when they typically refuse unless you use one of their lenders. This almost never happens with this builder and goes to show how Ashley will fight for her clients best interest. She has made sure to take amazing care of us throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend her for anyones real estate needs. Thank you Ashley! Were so excited to own our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was recommended to us by a friend. We met her on a Wednesday to discuss our needs for purchasing a new home. She was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and a great listener. The next day, she sent us a list of ten homes that matched our initial criteria. We visited all ten on Friday of the same week. She had put together a very impressive and complete packet of information for each home. We liked one and wanted to make an offer. She sent the offer to the sellers on the same day. The following day, we had several rounds of offers and counter offers. Each time, Ashley was very efficient and coached us through the process utilizing her deep understanding of the local market and seller information. On Saturday evening we had an accepted offer, four days after we first met her. Ashley continued to be very efficient through out the process prior to the closing which was scheduled in three weeks. She orchestrated brilliantly between us, the sellers, the title company, and the inspector. Based on the inspector report, she identified qualified and good value contractors for the necessary repairs. She also helped us with identifying resources for the upgrades including tiles, carpets, painting, plumbing and air conditioning. The house was fully furnished when we purchased it. We didnt need the furniture and so Ashley made arrangements to have everything removed from the house right after the closing to be delivered to people in need. The closing was early in the morning and Ashley was there before we arrived. Because of her impressive attention for detail, the closing was painless and was over in fifteen minutes. We had one month to complete all the upgrades and move into our new home. Even though the closing was complete, she continued to check up on our progress and always offered her assistance in anything that had to be done. She had the opinion that her job wasnt over until we moved into our new house. She owned the whole process from beginning to end and she did that with smiles, confidence and professionalism. Thank you Ashley for helping us find our new home and for your can-do and will-do attitude. You are clearly the best!
