ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was selling my client's home in Midland, MI as I was helping him buy here on the west side of the state. She was very responsive and gave us plenty of updates as we needed that sale to close before they could buy. I will be happy to send clients to her when they're looking to buy in the Midland area!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley did an amazing job finding our dream home! She listened to all of our wants and needs (which were plenty!), and really cated about finding just the right properties to show us. From the day we contacted her until the day we closed, ( and well after too!) Ashley made sure all of our concerns were addressed and our needs were met.. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a honest and sincere realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We totally recommend Ashley. She patiently showed us over thirty homes with total professionalism. Ever optimistic, always accessible, with a thorough knowledge of how to win a bidding war, her approach to dealing with unsure clients was so refreshing. We felt we were her best friends, not just another "iffy" client. Very impressive go-getter.............

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was super helpful in showing us several properties. She always provided us with any information we needed. She even showed us the property we ended up buying several times so that we could show it to our kids and my parents. She was super helpful with all of the mortgage paperwork making that usually stressful time very seamless and easy! Always willing to show us properties on short notice and does her research on it before we get there!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley quickly understood what I was looking for in a home and worked hard to research homes within my parameters. She also shared homes that surprised me, which I may not have considered otherwise. She was patient and consistent throughout the process, both in her research on my behalf and working around my schedule. I would absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone looking in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley met up with my husband & myself when we wanted to start searching for a house to buy. She assisted us by sending us many homes in our range of price & what we needed. She then walked us through the process of getting our home ready to list for sale. She sold it in 3 weeks of it being listed. She then made sure we had everything we needed when we moved to our new house. Shes an amazing friend now to us & wed highly recommend her.

She was always available to answer any questions I had and was very prompt in setting up showings when we found a home I was interested in. Once it came to putting an offer on a house she had the papers drawn up very quickly so I could e-sign everything, and she had great communication during the negotiation process. ZillowVERIFIED Ashley did a great job in helping me find what I wanted. I spoke with 3 others before her and none of them were as professional, prompt and friendly as she was. She would always get back to me right away and would have an answer to my questions. At no point did I feel as though she was trying to rush the sale or "blowing smoke." I will be contacting her when I decide to sell!
