ZillowVERIFIEDAshley was professional and took the time to show us multiple houses after our first offer didnt go as planned! She took the entire day to show us houses we wanted to see. She took care of us as buyers to ensure everything went our way! I would recommend Ashley to anyone who is looking for a great realtor and someone who will fight for you! She also sold our home and made sure it was listed faster than we could have ever expected.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Ashley in the process of buying our first home. The housing market right now is unbelievably competitive for buyers. Ashley did an absolutely remarkable job making the process as smooth as possible! Anytime that we wanted to see a house for a showing she would be there without a doubt; Ashley was professional, yet very casual and makes her clients feel very at ease during such a stressful time. The thing we appreciated most is the education piece that Ashley provided to us. She helped us to understand next steps and the risks and benefits of what we were choosing to do when making an offer on a house. She was open and honest about defects/ issues with a house that I may have otherwise not noticed without her pointing it out to me. Ashley truly cares about getting her clients into the home that is really right for them. That is what makes her stand out among the rest! I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is a phenomenal realtor to work with. She is very easy to speak to, great at getting back to you quickly, and she has an extensive knowledge of real estate and the laws involved. I had zero concerns of whether or not the paperwork would be done correctly because she meticulously dots her I's and crosses her T's. The entire process was painless because Ashley kept us informed the whole time then double and triple checked every detail. I'm extremely satisfied and impressed by her ability and will only be using her as a realtor in the future if the need should arise.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is fantastic to work with and helped make our home buying experience easy and enjoyable! She is professional, caring and knowledgeable. She did not try to just "make a sale." She pointed out concerns she had in houses that we didn't even notice. She did not rush us through the process, but instead helped us find the perfect home! I highly recommend Ashley if you are looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Ashley to sell my last house and then to purchase my current one. During the selling process she was very prompt and professional. She did a wonderful job staging the house and made sure I got the most profit on the sale. During the buying process she was able to get me into showings in a timely fashion. Her knowledge of local contractors helped me chose a reliable basement repair specialist to repair some issues with the house I purchased. And when the appraiser made a mistake she spent a large amount of time working between the appraiser and the underwriter to make sure the sale was able to proceed.

ZillowVERIFIED Helped us find a lot of options in a short amount of time and was flexible with our situation of moving from out of state! We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions - she was very helpful in explaining the process and documents as well as helping us through an offer that didn't work out before we completed our purchase on a different home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was nothing short of AMAZING during the whole process! Since this was my first time purchasing a home, and I was in a time crunch, she ironmanned running through house after house with me to find the perfect one! Truth be told, the house we chose was one she added to the list that I didn't consider! For knowing us only a week or so, her ability to sense what we wanted/needed is completely unheard of! Her availability centers around her clients. There were times I would call her at 5:00 a.m. and others would be 9:00 p.m. each time she would chat with me. We were lucky to have her as our realtor and everyone else looking for a place would be as well. Thanks so much Ashley!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley assisted our family in selling our home, and moving into a newer larger home for our growing family. She demonstrated to us that she was a professional that excelled in marketing, communication, negotiations, and problem solving. Because of her knowledge of the local area we were able to get more than expected for the sale of our previous home. Because of her negotiation skills we were able to close on a lower than expected price on the new house we fell in love with which saved us a ton of money. She was responsive to text messages, emails, or phone calls throughout the entire process of purchasing a new home. Ashley is highly recommended by our family as a realtor you can trust.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was very professional and thorough. We appreciated her approach and did not feel like she was swaying our opinion of homes with her own opinions. She was prompt in all communications with the seller and was able to get us an accepted offer in a fast-paced market. We felt prepared throughout the buying process and are happy to be in our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is very in tune to her clients wants and needs. She is extremely caring and truly goes out of her way to help her clients on any way she can. Honestly there is no agent I have ever been satisfied with before I met Ashley. She did the whole transaction start to finish by herself. She is amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was amazing through the listing and sale of our home. She made the entire process easy and pleasant. Ashley offered many suggestions that made our sale smooth and easy such as having a pre-inspection. With this we were able to have the house ready to go so that we didn't have to worry about any surprises after accepting an offer. Also, I feel that offering the home warranty she suggested allowed buyers to feel 100% comfortable in what they were purchasing. Thanks to Ashley's hard work and great suggestions we were able to review 5 offers, all over asking price, after only 2 days of our home being on the market. We are continuing to work with Ashley while looking for the perfect house for us and hope to find something soon. In the meantime she's being incredibly helpful and seems to only want the best for us. I'm confident that she's looking out for us and our best interests and that she will help us find our perfect home in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED I am not the most desirable people to work with and had a limited time to get this done. Ashley went above and beyond to help me not only get approved but to find a house and get the deal through in less than 30 days!! I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a house work with her because she will do whatever it takes to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for no matter what your situation is.
